Impossible to get a script filled from my email
My vet Waterbury Veterinary Hospital will not send scripts in directly. They give them to us at our visit when requested. Allivet will not take the script from my email. They claim it has to be from the vets office.

Allivet is a VERY good, reliable pet meds & supply Co. I've used for years!
They are reliable in delivering fairly timely the meds and other supplies I needed when my cat was sick. Customer service people are very knowledgeable and if they don't know something they'll be happy to find out and get back to you if they can. Allivet has always made having my prescriptions filled from my vet very easy and uncomplicated, which I really appreciate because not all online companies react this way. They are competitive in their inventory, which is good when you need something that is not so common that your doctor prescribed for your pet. Five stars for sure.

I was not satisfied with the service
I was not satisfied with the service. They were very slow to obtain the neede authorization from my vet for a medication. It took numerous contacts & calls back/forth on the company's side to get approval. Then the delivery was to be expedited but still took 4 days to recieve. I would not recommend this Allivet.

Unfortunately Allivet depends on FedEx for delivery. FedEx left a perishable package 1/2 mile from house along the road. Allivet is only as good as their delivery service.

Theire customer service is phenomenal. We were going through some financial struggles due to jobe loss, and they reduced the process of the heartworm regimen for my dogs and provided free shipping for 3 months. We've been using them for 3 years now. Highly recommend them, as the cost of medication from the vet is expensive!

Don’t use them!
We had our dogs heart medication on Auto Ship with Allivet. They didn’t ship it in time and I had 3 days worth left. I called them and they said there was no way to expedite it. They said I should get a 5 day supply from my vet and they’d reimburse me.
I went and got the 5 day supply. Then submitted it and they only reimbursed me for less than half, telling me that there was a limit on the reimbursement- that had never been mentioned. So I was inconvenienced both in terms of time and money. For THEIR incompetence I had to pay extra because they didn’t ship a vital medication on time! I’d never use them again and I warn all the pet owners I know.
