Buntingford allied pharmacy - i will not return! Very disappointed in the poor customer service. I took my poorly baby in with a rash and asked to speak directly with the pharmacist. The girl at the counter asked me for details in the middle of the shop, not allowing me any privacy. She relayed the information to the pharmacist who refused to speak with me or even glance at my baby. No advice at all given. Just fobbed off and told to go to the GP - surely this is what the pharmacist is meant to deal with: minor ailments to take the pressure off already overloaded GP practices?! Uncaring attitude and bad service. I have moved all my family's prescriptions to the other pharmacy on the high street after this incident.

We take for granted that the services we receive are a given, many services fall under the radar and are not given the recognition they deserve. I can only give the highest recommendation to the Queensway Pharmacy in Gainsborough. Whenever I have had a telephone conversation nothing has been too much trouble served with courtesy, compassion and professionalism. My medication is always delivered promptly and with a smile. Well done to all of you and thank you.

Chemist loved locations in blackpool and couldn't be bothered to update web look up or leave a note on the old location luckily the helpful medical centre pointed me in right direction. Not ideal and staff couldn't really care less

I have skin problem on my finger, which no-one has been able to come up with any ideas on how best to manage.
The lovely person serving us listened to and understood the problem, spoke to the pharmacist who took time to do some research and come up with a possible solution.
I’m deeply indebted to the team at Allied who’ve made me feel valued and listened to.

I feel awful to write this complaint as it is one store In particular and the staff there that are letting the company down. This has happened to me 3 times. I call to say I’m picking medication up and that I will be there about 5:50pn due to working. I have got there with 8 minutes to spare and the shutters are down and staff have left. The pharmacy is supposed to shut at 6pm. So therefore the staff will be leaving after 6pm as they would have to close computers down etc. this does not happen and staff leave before they are supposed to. This is the allied pharmacy in Hull Marfleet.

Louise made my visit, i went in with a chest infection & something caught as per, & she helped me choose the best products available for myself thank you louise🩷

They can never find prescriptions shop is utter chaos and its thilfy

I have always used Rowlands Chemist for many years but I will not be using the new owners, Allied Pharmacy.
I put my repeat prescription in on Tuesday 27 May, was told to come back in a week. Went in on Wednesday 4 June to collect it but was told that the Surgery hadn't released it yet. Was told to check with my Doctors Surgery.
On checking with Surgery, they told me that no request had been made since 4 April!
Do you wonder why I don't trust this Pharmacy!

Every single time a prescription is put in there's an issue with it. Lloyds pharmacy you get your prescription there & then, Allied pharmacy (Caerphilly) takes a week, then you go back a week later to be told oh we can't seem to find your prescription. Really.
And it's every single time you put in a prescription. There is an issue with it. Staff scoff at you a lot, they ask you questions you reply & they don't believe you because they've misplaced your prescription.

Allied took over from Lloyds recently in Liverpool . The quality of service has consistently gone downhill to the point it is ridiculous. Regular scrips waiting over a week to be filled and then only if you go in and insist. Lines out the door with dissatisfied customers. Waiting in line to be told the scrip they swore would be ready today not ready yet ! Every single person in the queue had a problem getting their scrip. Store is barely stocked . After 30 years at same pharmacy site we are now switiching. Absolutely disgraceful and no excuse for it. .

Staff at Newtown Powys always very helpful and prompt with their service even when it’s rammed busy, in particular Nikki. Great service

My prescription was due a week and a half ago phoned the pharmacy to find out what's happening with delivery was told that they tried to deliver it after reviewing my cctv footage they did not try and deliver it and have still not tried to deliver it the staff are deceitful do not trust This pharmacy to deliver your medication

I had a knee operation and the Rhiwbina pharmacy were happy to deliver my prescription until I was fit enough to collect it myself. They have also reviewed my medication regularly and offered advice when I have asked for it. Very helpful staff.

Elmer Branch- Exemplary customer service. Best pharmacy.
I have about 40 different medications & the staff are always prompt making up my prescriptions usually 1-3 days depending on prescription size & if there's any problems with supply, & they always text me to let me know when it's ready.

Staff always put us at ease, welcoming, friendly, attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, reliable & more.
We really couldn't ask for more in a Pharmacy.

Absolutely brilliant I can't speak highly enough of the staff fantastic all pharmacy's could learn from allied north end on the corner of Hewit road 10 out of 10

Applied for a job doing building maintenance to then be contacted over WhatsApp by a company director asking unspecific questions, found it extremely unprofessional.

Allied pharmacy at st Mary's medical centre penwortham isn't good anymore they never answer the phone or give you all the medicine you have ordered and if you have been to see a doctor and they prescribe something urgently the pharmacy don't have it in stock and they don't want to help I'm going to move to a different pharmacy now

From initial tel contact to post care service this pharmacy is fab.The cost was really reasonable and the pharmacy bent over to get me in the same day. Zain who performed the initial assessment and the needed procedure is amazing.The attention and explanations, which included pre and post photos/videos to thoroughly identify the initial ear issues /post procedure position and what to expect during the procedure was really caring. The care doesn’t stop there - with post care advice and follow up offer if needed given. I can now swim and scuba dive without the previous ear issues i was getting. Can’t recommend this particular care service at Celtic Point Pharmacy in Worksop highly enough.
