Excellent Claims Experience
My car was broken into overnight and a critical engine component stolen with some other damage done.
I spoke to customer services about 9.00 am.and it was obvious from the start that it was going to be handled sympathetically and efficiently. By 12.00 I had a courtesy car arranged and by 1.30 it was on a trailer to be taken away for repair.
It was away some weeks waiting for a part and after it had been returned I spotted some minor damage. On reporting this to Allianz some checks were carried out and an engineer consulted. The car was then taken away again for a week to be fixed and a courtesy car offered.
They also paid out the maximum allowed for two pairs of glasses which were also stolen. I dealt with Georgina, Georgia and Alex and what was interesting was that they all had the same helpful attitude and I felt they were on my side. If they said they’d call back they did.
They may not give you the cheapest quote but you won’t care if you have to claim.

stay away from their travel insurance I couldn’t go on my holiday and had to leave early due to a bad abscess on my tooth and was in constant pain sent on my doctors note by bos had no issue couldn’t get my claim paid for absolutely no reason will be going to my solicitor and letting everyone know because this is totally wrong and unfair if you pay for cover
