Such a good experience! I delivered orders expected timeslot and in good condition. Nothing was broken, everything in their own package. I am appreciated that. I started to use items and all is good.

I have received a broken plate- which unfortunately customer service team cannot support me with because it has been ‘more than 24 hours’ since delivery and I should have reported it before- with retailers in the UK you will have a full 31 days refund or exchange right. I’m not asking for a refund or an exchange I only want the 1 broken plate to be replaced. Poor service- I am gutted that my 12 service set has 1 plate missing what a shame on such a big company- also there is no terms and conditions that state I have to report a faulty good within 24/48 hours
