The tunic was an excellent colour choice out of the many available. The fit was slightly on the larger size, but with movement ability required it fits well. Washes well and the colour did not run. Will continue to use Alexandra today and tomorrow as I did 35 years ago when working in a Nursing Home. Thank you for keeping quality workwear affordable.

We are sorry that you did not receive your order. Having investigated the matter, it appears that the delivery address provided was incomplete, which meant our courier was unable to locate the address.
As advised in our email, your order has now been returned to us. As the items have been embroidered, we will arrange for the order to be dispatched back to you as soon as it is received at our warehouse. I am personally monitoring the return and will keep you updated once the order has been received and re-sent.

Don’t assume tops and bottoms will match despite being sold as same colour!
Tops and bottoms are not the same colours despite being advertised the same. Stated they would amend website but so far hasn’t (weeks ago now) - poor customer service. THE RESPONSE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE - IF BOTH GARMENTS STATE EXACTLY THE SAME COLOUR THEN HOW DOES A CONSUMER KNOW THEY ARE FROM DIFFERENT SUPPLIERS???

Piping came away from dress on 1st wash
Delivery was quick and uniform looked ok at first glance. However, when I washed the dress, all the white piping came away from the dress and I had to get a seamstress to sew it all back on for my shift the next day. This cost quite a bit of money due to the short notice.
