Absolutely fantastic experience from first visit to last. Went through a social freeze and met with 3 out of the 4 doctors and several nurses and exactly everyone I met was so kind and professional and made me feel seen and taken care of. I was very nervous and my body went into a bit of a chock/panic attack during my first visit, but I was met with so much respect and kindness. Also in relations to my Funktionell Lidelse diagnosis which I was worried about. The doctors and nurses are really invested and made me feel very seen although I had to meet different people quite a bit since not always the same people were working when I had to be scheduled (due to the nature of the treatment).
The clinic is very modern yet feels cozy. I met with doctors Sara, Cecilia and Negjyp.
Highly highly recommend! It was worth every penny.

This is an amazing clinic, the staff is very competent and professional, I have recommended to several friends and we all got the same positive feedback. We went to another clinic in Copenhagen before landing to Aleris, it was a disaster. We got an incredible result in Aleris thanks to the competence of all the staff, and we felt seen and taken in good care from day one. It’s worth mentioning that in more than one case, they could have pushed us for extra treatments and extra costs, but they never did.

I was referred to Aleris Clinic both by a friend who had a baby here and by my previous fertility clinic, which was far from where I live — a true testament to Aleris’s excellent reputation. I truly love this place. From the secretaries, who are all so lovely and accommodating with scheduling, to small touches like the mini bar with different beverages, the service is top-notch.

Dr. Negjyp Soda is outstanding, and so is his entire team of doctors and professionals. The nurses and embryologists are equally caring and skilled, making every step of the process smooth and reassuring. Here you truly feel like you get the red carpet treatment — hihi! He has a way of lifting you up with positive guidance, reminding you to feel proud of yourself and focus on your energy rather than your age. After my first meeting with him, I left the clinic feeling elevated and completely forgot how old I was — smile!

His positivity has already contributed to positive results in my treatment. He explains the science clearly, shares the truth, maintains hope, and is very passionate about his work. He goes above and beyond, using different medical approaches to achieve results. He is truly a gem in the fertility world.

I can warmly recommend all the Aleris doctors I’ve met for scanning and other procedures — they work together as a power team. This is truly one of the best clinics in Denmark.

The bigest mistake i ever made was to trust completely, without asking every single thing. But, for this amount of money i expected at least basic tests to be performed (HIV, hepatitis…) or to sugest to be done for extra money. In the end, they don’t even answer on my email.

I can highly recommend Aleris Fertility. It was our second private fertility clinic and I have to say that the experience was day and night between these two clinics. In both cases the personnel was friendly, however, we felt very much like one of many in the first clinic while with Aleris Fertility we really felt like an individual case where the doctors tried to understand the specific challenges we had in order to find the needed solution for us and not just follow a standardised procedure.
Our journey started with 3 IUIs, 1 IVF attempt and 2 ICSIs before we came to AF. The previous clinic didn't explain anything on why things went wrong or were challenging. So, when we got to AF, the first thing they did, was to explain to us the outcome of the previous treatments. We continued with ICSI, and after two hormonal treatments, I ended up becoming pregnant and am looking forward to meeting our little wonder in June. Thank you Aleris Fertility for helping us on this very hard journey!

A breath of fresh air - top clinic and competent personnel.

After attending numerous fertility clinics and gynaecologists both overseas as well as Denmark, Aleris Hamlet hit us as a breath of fresh air in the Danish system. Most of the others were more established at the time but provided appalling and uncaring service, treating you as a number, with lack of empathy and using their standard protocol regardless of your body's needs.

In Denmark, Aleris Hamlet really stands out from the rest: Doctors with heart and genuinely caring personnel as well as competent advice and treatment.

From the first contact with Marie-Louise over the phone, where she took her time to go through all questions and eventualities with me, over a kind and open attitude found in every contact with the clinic to finding a wonderful-sounding egg donor for us in just a few short months, my husband and me are convinced that this is one of the best fertility clinics in Denmark.

Our journey wasn't without hiccups, but we managed to fall pregnant on the first go with our egg donor and within 4 months from the initial consultation. All other clinics had had longer waitlists, less information available on the egg donors and general problems handling requests during the corona pandemic. Aleris Hamlet were prompt and caring in their approach.

Even when we hit slight complications during embryo transfer and in the early pregnancy did I feel well looked after by Marie Louise and her nurses. Personable and warm engagements instead of the short and uncaring answers I'd gotten used to from doctors and nurses at other fertility clinics in Denmark. (Which made a real difference to our peace of mind at this stage of our fertility journey.)

I truly cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. From being greeted by name to a warm waiting room environment, a refreshing lack of baby pictures on the walls (who seriously wants to look at that while struggling to fall pregnant?!), frequent, prompt and good follow-ups and, of course, their competent assistance, where other clinics had drawn out our process over months and months without any results.

The proof is in the pudding: We are expecting our very healthy, strong baby boy this summer - just about one year after our very first contact with Aleris Hamlet - and really can't wait to take him to meet the team that made him possible.
