I came from Paris for my first IUI treatment, and from the very first video call together with my wife, we immediately felt we were in kind and caring hands. They made us feel comfortable right away, which meant a lot given how emotional and nerve-wracking this journey can be.

Everything was explained clearly and simply, and the pricing was fully transparent, which really helped us trust the process from the beginning. Prices are correct with respect to the international market. But what truly made the difference was how genuinely attentive and thoughtful the team is. They really take the time to understand each case, and you can feel that you’re not just another patient to them.

We chose a donor from their own bank and were very satisfied with the entire process, the pricing was also fair, everything was simple to navigate, and the quality of the sample met our expectations.

During our first treatment, I did get pregnant, which was an incredible moment for us. Sadly, I experienced a miscarriage a few days later. It was a very difficult time, but we understood that this was just nature taking its course and not something anyone could have controlled. What truly mattered to us was the support we received during that period. The team was always there to reassure us, with kindness and empathy. I never felt like I was asking too many questions. They were consistently responsive, patient, and attentive, taking care of every detail along the way.

Overall, we felt genuinely supported, respected, and cared for throughout the entire experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic, especially to those coming from abroad.

We had our first IUI treatment at Diers Klinik in Aarhus, and we are incredibly grateful for the experience.

Before coming to Diers Klinik, we spent 6–8 months in fertility treatment in Germany, where the process felt very bureaucratic, rigid, and largely focused on protocols rather than people. There was little sense of empathy, and we often felt that if certain results were not met, everything simply stopped. By the time we arrived in Aarhus, we were already emotionally quite low.

From the very first moment at Diers Klinik, the difference was clear. We felt genuinely welcomed, listened to, and cared for. The team was warm, compassionate, and professional, and there were no unnecessary formalities or complicated bureaucracy. Everything was explained clearly, we never felt rushed, and we truly felt like human beings — not just patients.

A very special thank you to Ida, who did our initial consultation, follow-up, and the IUI itself. Her kindness, calm presence, and supportive approach made a huge difference for us and helped us feel safe and comfortable throughout the process.

I was made to feel comfortable and like I could ask any questions throughout the process. The clinic itself had a calm and laid back attitude. It felt like they were really there for me. Having spoken to a friend who had similar treatment in the UK this felt more detailed and patient focused. I had ICI and was fortunate to have the same midwife for the initial video consultation and insemination. I chose to have the acupuncture with my treatment. I chose a diers donor which was great as the information was very clear. I felt the guidance and information given were clear throughout the process.

We knew from our first telephone consultation that we wanted to use Diers for our IVF journey; they were competent, empathetic and made us feel at ease with the journey we were embarking. These feelings continued throughout our treatment, receiving a high level of care. Now, just short of a year since our first consultation, we have our miracle. I thoroughly recommend Diers Klinik.

I could not be happier with my experience with the Diers klinik. They really make you feel at ease from the first interaction and it does not feel like a money making mission (like it did in UK clinics).
Travelling from the UK is a bit inconvenient but I will do it again if I have to as that feeling of being supported and looked after is so worth it.

We felt welcome from the first second, my wife and I were looking for a non-hormonal treatment and decided for the Diers Klinik real quick in 2024.

I wanted an uncomplicated treatment without hormones and decided on the Diers Clinic despite the long journey. The best thing about it was that I was able to arrive when I was ready to start insemination myself and not because I had to wait until a clinic had an appointment in several months.
We were welcomed and treated very kindly. My questions were answered and I felt that I was in safe hands.

I decided to travel to Aarhus from the UK for IUI due to the amazing ethos and culture of Diers Klinik, and also their successful statistics.
You can completely trust them to take care of you. I liked how easy and straightforward the process is, all the “drama” is removed. Choose the donor, track ovulation and get the treatment.

The initial consultation was via video conference and even when we postponed our child planning for another year, we were warmly welcomed again.
The time after that the communication ran smoothly via email. Our countless questions were always answered promptly and in detail.
When the time came, we were very pleasantly surprised about the spot. The clinic was nice and comfortable. We feeled very welcomed.
The treatment was relaxed and everything was explained to us calmly. My wife was by my side the whole time and we never felt uncomfortable. At the end we also received a little “Goodie Bag” for the trip home. We liked it a lot, that was very attentive.
The day after, they also asked for my condition.
The fact that it worked right on the first try makes it perfect for us!

Diers Klinik really do go above and beyond to support you and they have made our IUI journey so happy and positive. Everyone is unbelievably kind and friendly and really knowledgeable. I had seen the clinic recommended on a chatroom post and couldn't be more happy we decided to go on our journey with them. From the initial video call with Sofie, our minds were put at ease and we really appreciated the time and effort taken to talk us through everything. The call was like talking to a friend and we both loved how personable the feel was at Diers. Since then we have sent many messages to the clinic to ask follow up questions and every single person who has responded to us has been so lovely and eager to help. We travelled from the UK to Aarhus for the IUI treatment and would say the travel was 100% worth it for the experience at Diers. Winona gave the IUI treatment and again she was extremely friendly, we were greeted with a huge welcoming smile right away. The clinic feels really homely and cozy and we were talked through every step of the process. I love the little 'goody bag' you get given at the end too - it's the little touches that make the experience really special and Diers do go above and beyond.

Staff are so friendly and I had multiple questions throughout which they always replied to speedily and without judgement. Wow, the experience at Diers Klinik has been a dream from the very beginning. We had a really informative call with Julia and knew that this was the clinic we wanted to help us on our journey to becoming parents.

The service has been seamless and supportive from start to finish and we felt in really good hands. Julia was the same nurse who looked after us on treatment day which felt really personal and talked us through every step of the way with kindness and positivity.

After care has also been lovely, Julia emailed me the following day to check in, wish us well and remind us of her support. It has really been a 5 star experience. Although we are hopeful this will be our time, if we aren't fortunate as it is our first IUI, we wouldn't hesitate to go back to Diers Klinik.
