Have been using alensa for 6+ years but…
Have been using alensa for 6+ years but recently they started despatching orders much slower. I asked them over the email why it happened twice and both times was ignored. Quite unhappy given my long customer relationships with them to be ignored that way

Our standard delivery time is usually 2–4 business days from the shipment date, although delays can occasionally occur depending on stock availability or logistics conditions. We always display estimated dispatch times during the ordering process and in the order confirmation so customers can see when their items are expected to ship.
Regarding the packaging and instructions, many of the products we sell are supplied directly by the manufacturer, so the language on the box or leaflet may vary depending on the production batch and the country of distribution.
