Superb communication, I asked a number of questions regarding the icarsoft CR Pro which were all addressed immediately, John was very helpful, and nothing was to much. I ordered the scanner, and it arrived the following day, which was fantastic, it arrived as described, very well packaged and as described. I have had the scanner plugged into my car and the machine does everything it says on the tin. Lovely piece of kit and great value for money in comparison to the more expensive ones on the market.
A must use seller and super efficient if you are looking to invest in one of these products.

Albionshire checked the functions worked specifically for my car and sent the Ancel VD700 very quickly for a good price.

I first purchased a CR MAX scanner to cover different vehicle types. l quickly discovered that the unit didn’t cover all issues.

I purchased the iCarsoft cr max to identify problems with my wife’s Volvo car and any which may arise with my Renault. I found it easy to use and very comprehensive with its coverage. A very useful tool if you do your own car maintenance, would not now be without it.

I purchased an iCarsoft V3.0 from these guys as there was no in car menu option to wind back the EPB rear calipers to enable brake pad replacement. I had concerns as to whether the unit would function with the Mercedes MBUX firmware. John at Albionshire contacted the manufacturer and was able to confirm that it would do the job. I received it the following day and after a quick software update from the iCarsoft website it performed the job perfectly. It’s already paid for itself by not taking the car to the main dealer for front and rear brake pads replacing. so it’s only going to save money from here on in. Fantastic.
