UPDATE ON MY ORDER:
Jen K reached out to me and she apologized that it took so long for someone to reach out. She also credited my account and replaced the container free of charge. She has been in contact with me since our initial conversation making sure the order was received and that there was no issues with it. I love the product and will definitely be continuing with this company.
I received my last order and one of the containers seemed to be leaking powder so I sent a question to the help center via email 4 days ago and I still have not gotten a response from them. I love the multi collagen, my nails are stronger and my skin looks better but the customer service department needs to do better.

I love this collagen
I love this collagen. I’ve been using it for over 5 years and it definitely shows in my hair and skin. I’ve tried others in between but they don’t compare. I always go back to Alaya.
The only reason why I gave it four stars is the price could be a little more reasonable.
