ETN Appropriateness Test is a joke I…
ETN Appropriateness Test is a joke I don't know anyone who has passed it as it is so vague and can have multitude of answers. I've tried 4 times myself and also tried 3 different a.i agents they have failed multiple times. whoever thought of these questions and test really doesn't have a clue or they've set it up to force everyone to fail. worst part is there is nothing you can read at the beginning to help you answer the questions and when you fail they will NOT tell you which questions you got right and wrong. imagine being asked questions and then just saying you failed without telling you what you failed on. how can you correct yourself if you don't know what you did wrong??m absolute joke and a company like a j bell should do a lot better. I've almost given up on this absurd situation and am getting ready to move to someone else

Better than other customer service
I got through to a helpful staff member straight away that answered my questions immediatley. I'd only make one suggestion for improvement which is to be less encouraging when I declined the AJBell investment package as I stated I already have researched the stocks and shares that I want to invest in, but that's just my preference

Excellent service
The transfer of monies from another company went through smoothly and quickly.
I had reason to telephone the team for advice , and the young gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful, and talked me through the whole process.
I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of investing on the stock market.
