Dedication, Integrity, and First-Class Workmanship
We hired Robert Price, who was recommended to us through Checkatrade, to install a new alarm system at our property. From the very first visit, Robert impressed us with his professionalism and attention to detail and explained everything related to Ajax system. Unlike other companies that simply provided quotes without inspecting the property, Robert arrived fully prepared with demonstration equipment, including motion sensors, cameras, and other components. He took the time to explain the system thoroughly, answer all our questions, and ensure we understood every aspect of the installation.
His courteous manner, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile inspired complete confidence in his abilities. In fact, we were so impressed by his presentation and expertise that we cancelled all other quotations and awarded the job to him immediately.
Regrettably, due to a delay in installing our new front door, we were unable to proceed on the originally agreed date. Robert was extremely accommodating and rearranged his schedule to fit us in the following week.
What makes his service even more remarkable is that, during this period, Robert lost his mother. Despite this incredibly difficult personal circumstance, he honoured his commitment and arrived as scheduled to complete the installation. Throughout the process, he worked closely with us, ensuring every element was positioned exactly as we wanted and that the system met our specific requirements.
The quality of his workmanship was outstanding. He completed the installation swiftly, left everything immaculate, and took the time to explain the system's operation in detail before departing. His professionalism, dedication and commitment to customer service are truly exemplary.
We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Robert and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone considering an alarm installation. If it were possible to give a score higher than 10 out of 10, we would do so without a moment's hesitation.

Great overall experience
I ran into an issue with my NVR and contacted Ajax support, who quickly helped me identify that the problem was caused by a faulty hard drive. Overall my experience with Ajax has been great. The support, the app and the devices themselves have all exceeded expectations. The app is smooth and easy to use, the camera installation was straightforward, and the system works exactly as expected. Would recommend!

Excellent support from Ajax

I had a query about notifications so I contacted Ajax support. They were very swift in their reply and my query was answered. 5 stars for support; 3 for app design
I'd have given 5 stars had the app been better designed. Example: Under 'Space Settings' the list of options is not in alphabetical order, so that you can't tell at a glance if the option you're looking for (or hoping for) is present.
There are other app perplexities (as well as the reliance on puzzling symbols and unhelpful linguistic designations) : e.g., if you want the doorbell to send a notification to another user as well as the administrator, the process of setting up this fairly obvious facility is bafflingly obscure — so much so that even the support team needed several attempts to work out what the problem was.
That said, the support team were unfailingly prompt, courteous, helpful, patient, and well informed. 5 stars plus for them.
My impression is that the app sacrifices functionality for aesthetics.

As a new adaptor of AJAX products I have been very pleased with the technical support and responsive general support team. The hardest part is getting the head out of the old way of doing things. Also their products aren't completely magical, but pretty sure they're close on that breakthru too.

I've used the system in my home since 2025.
Turns out, I registered my account early , in 2016 (I guess). I used my present email&phone, also password which I, of course, forgot. So I couldn't register new system using my email&phone. I had to use another one
I understand: this is security. But would be great to have a way for merging old and new account
