Don’t order from this company I have been waiting for a refund since November keep getting told there’s a problem with refunds there policy on refunds is 7 to 15 days well over 7 weeks still getting no joy

Do not I mean do not! Ordered $100 returned $67 worth immediately and they will not respond give my money back though it was shipped back in 3 days of receiving

Very fast delivery. I love the sparkly shoes and the shape of the heel is lovely . Very comfy sandals . I love the top too . Useful for my wardrobe

The item received was nothing like described tried to return but you receive less than 50% of purchase price, just gave to charity shop, hope they find a sale but I don’t think it will be sometime soon.

I usually order my clothes too large because I like baggy. I ordered the pants this time in a smaller size, and they fit wonderful and are still baggy like they are supposed to be. I love them.

I've waited a month for my order and have to chase up several times. I finally received an email today saying that the items are out of stock!!!!!! They say I will be refunded but I'm not confident as to if and when this will be done. Terrible customer service and no communication. I've ordered things in the past and although slow to arrive, I've been happy with most of the items so this experience is really disappointing and has put me off using the site again.

Now 20th December, order placed on 11th November, still has not arrived, now got to go out shopping again to replace these non arrivals, no communication from them whatsoever, absolutely disgusted.

I would definitely not purchase from here again! The quality is awful and the pictures are very deceptive. They don't even refund your shipping costs and you have to pay for return.
I tried reaching out to the customer team but no response yet.

They also delete negative reviews

I had cause to contact as an item I'd purchased, am very happy with and looks just like the photo but was listed described incorrectly. The agent quickly found the item by my email and thanked me. The butterfly slipper flip flops are beautiful

I made an order and for some unknown reason it was cancelled. They gave me a refund for the money I paid but no refund of my bonus and points used. I certainly didn't cancel my order so now I'm waiting to see what happens. If this issue is not resolved I will be cancelling my account 😤 😒 😑

Always an easy process to order or return items. Clothes are of a a good standard and fit well. prompt delivery and good customer service.

I always have great experiences with Airey. Just some times the clothing is thinner then expected, no ones fault. Pictures sometimes can be deceiving thats all. I love Airey and will continue to shop with them.
