This is my second negative review for this company. I returned items to the value of over £60 weeks ago. Not only did I have to pay for the return postage but Airycloth deducted a % off each item.

After my negative review on here, they messaged me asking me to get in touch to say they would sort it out. It is absolutely impossible to contact them as there is no email, contact form or UK phone number.

To add insult to injury, I have still not received a refund so I am still out of pocket. I will never use this company again and advise you to not waste your money.

The products arrived beautifully packed, all shirts true to size. Lovely bracelet very blinky like I wanted. Good quality. Happy with my shopping. Thank you Airy

This company has great selection and website is updated frequently. I like the flash sales and will be back to purchase more soon!

*BUYER BEWARE* If I could give no stars I would. First and last purchase ever. I ordered five items and none of them look like the pictures. Cheap fabric, shapeless boxy tops which are much different to those sleek longline tops pictured. Much shorter in length, colours are different and look nothing like those advertised. Buyers pay big return fees so stuck with expensive dusters. Never again will I shop here. 😒

I have bought lots of items from airydress. Most items are perfect. The company is very quick and very good at dealing with any question or problem. Even if you order the wrong size. Very impressed

I am a new customer Airydress. So far from my experience they have an excellent service and clothes are true to size and true to colour. Most clothes are reasonably priced. It can take up to two weeks to receive your order and shipping fee a bit high...I guess it depends on the weight, but a great customer service that responds within 24 hours. I would definitely use again for the quality of clothing and the range of clothing. They have lots of offers and discounts on the Website, and an opportunity to collect points to get discounts.

They make me feel that they are an unreputable company to deal with. The item I purchased was nothing like what I ordered. In texture, colour, print or shape. They appear to copy as look alikes. I returned the dress to them for a refund and they said they never received it. Even though I showed proof. They offered me a 50% refund, which I received. So basically they got half the money plus delivery costs as well as the item back. I might as well thrown $30 in the bin. Dont use this company to order on line. Im with Catherine's review 5.11.21. Like catherine I should of checked their reviews. also puts me off ordering on line again. Also I should of checked if an Australian Company. I always have trouble ordering outside Australia.......

Order two items from AIRYDRESS PRODUCTS, this was on Facebook page,so clicked on and ordered. Got proof of payment to company .I had not confirmation via email,After giving all my details.i was tracking items to where they said parcel delivered, so tried to contact Hermes who are the couriers, to which they said it was delivered and gave me a photo shot of a parcel outside some random door,NOT MY DOOR.still waiting for second items disgusting and puts me off shopping on line.Hermes Your delivery driver need to read and write,as my address was plainly printed on parcel,£3.50per min to phone them too.

Products are good quality and price is excellent.

I really enjoy using Airy, the site is easy to use, they always keep you updated with information about your order. If something is out of stock they let you know less than 24 hours after you have placed an order and refund any money owed to you too. On the site you have plenty of chances to earn points and vouchers you can use when you place an order. They also keep you updated on where your package is and always deliver on time. I would highly recommend Airy.

I stupidly bought stuff from this company without looking at reviews, never again! The clothes look nothing like they do on their website. The material is really bad quality, sizes aren't what they should be, and their customer service is horrendous. I didn't receive a full refund of the price I paid and had to pay return postage. When I complained I hadn't received the full amount back they had the nerve to offer me a voucher. I refused so they offered to refund me shipping costs which never materialised. After chasing it for want felt like the hundredth time I was told their refund system was under maintenance so they couldn't process it. Under maintenance for 6 weeks, I doubt that very much. Now I've been told I won't get it at all but again can have a voucher. I've told them I never want to order any of their shoddy merchandise again! Do yourself a favour and PLEASE NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

I have had a horrendous experience.

HONESTLY< LIKE THE BELOW< NEVER AGAIN. NEVER AGAIN will I buy from this awful company.

I clicked on an advert by mistake and apparently ‘bought’ a coat. I didn’t receive any order number or confirmation email. Without n order number, you can not return.

The item took almost a month to arrive. When it did, the labels said Floryday. The postage document also said Floryday. There was address or information as to return.

I emailed service team asking for an order number to be sent to me, and enquiring how to return. They kept sending the same email asking me to print a return label by inputting my order number. Yet, this was impossible, as I was never provided with an order number. I note that there are at least seven other reviews who have had this issue. Is the failure to send an order number intentional, so to prevent a return? I believe YES!

I personally think the positive reviews are fake and written by Airydress’ marketing team.

So, the money was deducted. I contacted my bank for advice, as believe this is a retail scam. The fraud team obtained my order number, as Airydress had to answer to an investigation.

So, I had a garment I did not want and an order number, but no return address.

After many phone calls and 12 emails, I managed to obtain an address and return the item. Another 3 emails later, and I have confirmation that Airydress received my return (which cost me 10 GBP).

They are still refusing to refund. They are asking me to ask my bank to do this. Banks in the UK don’t refund for retail sales.

I have sent so many emails and have paid 35 pounds, and have no garment.

This is not leading the industry, as the previous reviewer claimed.

This is an everyday return, made Impossible by Airydress acting in a dodgy or incompetent way.

Airydress- please pay me back my money; as I returned the garment back in accordance with UK Trading standards. Do the right thing!

Readers- just don’t buy from these guys. I am a seasoned online shopper, and feel a fool. You might hit it lucky and find an item you like for pennies at a discount. But, the material is poor quality, and the service is not there to allow refunds. Huge gamble. You might as well throw you money in the bin.

I have replied chasing the reurn and with proof that I returned the garment and paid monies, and NOTHING. I sent my order number and NOTHING

GARBAGE!! Nothing like the photo!! Quite frankly I'd struggle to cut them up for dusters. . . . NEVER AGAIN!!! Save yourself a few quid and don't bother!😡

I love airydress. Everything I buy I love. Fits lovely and material is very very good. I order something nearly every week because prices are wonderful and items are brilliant

I would like to say that after many messages I am so pleased to say aurydress has given me a full, refund for the product they mistakenly took two payments for. I would like to give them a very good review now and will order from then in the future as I am sorry that I called them a scam company which they are not. Please accept my apologies and hope people will read this review and I will remove my other reviews.

I have been a customer with airydress for quite some time. A few mishaps here & there, but I'd say 95 out of a100% I have been satisfied with my orders & the customer service I received.. All but 1 of my orders have been perfect. The style,fit & materials are the best I have had than from any other clothing site, also the flash sales are some of the best I've seen. Definitely 5 stars from me ......

I ordered what was listed at a colourful sweeter it was a badly made sweatshirt with a knitted jumper screen printed on it and some horribly tatty nylon lace badly sewn on. It was not cheap and the shipping was expensive. When I returned it the company retained 50% of the cost in admin and charged for return. I contacted the UK trading standards who informed me that they were aware of the company and the scams but as they are a chineese company they are outside their jurisdiction. I am amazed by the reviews and think they are probably bovis
