The worst experience ever! I am still waiting for my refund after having sent back some items. It's a year now!! Support writing to be patience...offer coupons that were never activated... I want my money back!! this is fraud!!!

Ordered three items on 17th May 2022. Received confirmation email They state delivery is made between 9-16 days but after 19 days still no notification of shipping. Emailed them on the 5th June to ask where order was and finally received a reply today stating one of my items is out of stock due to raw material shortage. Therefore refund would be given (would take 7-15 days to process the refund!) and remaining items would be shipped.
Not impressed with their customer service or the fact that when I ordered it, everything was in stock so surely they shouldn't have taken the order for that size. Think I'll be lucky to get my T-Shirts before the end of summer.
Would not recommend this company if you want clothing for specific occasions due to slow processing & shipping times.

I just love Airy clothing and customer service is always helpful.

The top I got was very well made and very comfortable. I got a lot of compliments on it. Shipment had timely delivery and the price for the top was very reasonable.

I have never felt so utterly stupid. These people are crooks. They take your money and send you inferior shoddy goods only fit for the bin. You cannot contact them and the shipping cost o returning the ghastly products is sky high.Its a scam site.

Totally disgusting, I have been waiting for a refund for over 6 months, They never reply to emails, I also need to repeat everything. Not Good,

I love this company! The clothes and shoes I have Are well made, stylish and unique. I can’t believe the compliments I get on the clothes and shoes.
Additionally their sizing chart are easy to use and have not failed me yet.
I am so glad I found this company. It has made my wardrobe bright and I stand out from the rest in a good way.

Well it took a little longer than expected. I was excited when I received the items..
Airydress is good place to buy nice cloths a lower price..

Was reluctant to order from this site at first, but was very pleased with the product and fast delivery! Definitely ordering from here again!

I purchased a lovely top just recently and it arrived two days ago. I was so looking forward to wearing it. BUT............ it was too small, not just too small, WAY too small. When I looked at the top I checked to make sure I clicked on the correct size and double checked the measurements for that specific size. (Size XL - 46 in bust).
Took my tape measure out and checked the size of the top and it only measured 40 inches across the bust. A FULL 6 inches too small.
I contacted Airydress to advise them that the sizing was incorrect and got a reply back almost immediately suggesting that I choose items according to their size chart to make sure I got a perfect fit. Now hold on one minute, isn't that what ANYONE would do when they buy something online??? They then went on to say that their size chart may be quite different from my local one. Well excuse me, I thought 46 inches would be the same measurement in any country.

So then they gave me two refund options:
1. Offering me a £1.56 coupon code to use toward a future purchase with them, ( which equates to 70% of the value of the item), or

2. A refund of £1.12 and still keep the item (this equates to 50% of the value of the item).

I replied back that I simply wanted a full refund of the total I paid for the item.

Their next response was to say that if I insist on returning the product, then I would be responsible for shipping costs which may be greater than the value of the item.
I didn't say that I wanted to return it, just wanted a refund of what I paid.
I've given in with the to'ing and fro'ing of a chat with them and have agreed to their first option they offered.

I'm really disappointed with this purchase as my one and only other made in May of 2021 was perfect.

***Just wanted to let people know that if you purchase something from them, then the measurement you choose on the size guide may not be the same as the measurement in your country. ***

Great quality items at a great price. Customer service very good deal with problem and find a solution promptly.

I have shopped with Airy Dress three times and have been very happy every time. The clothes always fit well and are very good quality. A large range of styles and colours, something for everyone.

They have some nice things but don't order from them. I am still waiting for my refund since September 2021and still have not received it. Not happy at all.
