This is a service that preys off of Google search results. Absolute bull, Mark is just a snake oil salesman, they offer no value. Don’t get fooled.

Airport Lost and Found is a total scam

Airport Lost and Found is a total scam. They take your money and never contact you back. If you pay the by PayPall, and claim money back, PayPal rules out that it is your fault and would not reimburse your expenses, based on respond from ALF that they did their research and contacted the customer many times which is a total lie

ALF Worldwide/sveta Divi

ALF Worldwide, Inc is a total scam along with the alleged operator of lost and found Frankfurt International Airport Sveta Divi. Neither company is registered with The Common Register Portal of the German Federal States. The actual company authorized to provide lost and found services at the Frankfurt Inernational airport is FraAlliance GmBH the subsidiary of Fraport AG. I have verified all this info. On Sep 1st, 2025 I left my CPAP machine on my flight from Atlanta to Frankfurt enroute to Egypt via Lufthansa. Our gate was changed for the Egypt departure via walking and a shuttle ride. I asked three Lufthansa employees where the lost and found was located and all said they did not know. Once I got to Cairo and began to look for lost and found the name Sveta Divi came up. Shortly after I received an email from the alleged CEO advising they would help for $37. The next day I received an email from a person advising her name was Tina Wilson of ALF Worldwide, Inc and stated her team would assist in recovery. The next day I noticed I had been double billed. I sent an email to Wilson and the response stated they would be glad to reimburse me and find my CPAP. After no further response I disputed the charge with PayPal. The next day I received an email full of garbage ask I stop the dispute. As I was in Egypt still believing I was working with a legit company I did. After hearing nothing I sent an email to Wilson’s email address and it came back as undeliverable despite know it was the address I had been using to contact her. It had obviously been discontinued. Once PayPal closes a dispute it can’t be reopened so I contacted USAA my card issuer and have been with them for 46 years but they denied it. I am still working on that.

Scam

Scammers! I called to wrong place, to scammers. They will take your infos and fee $39 (laptop) for pseudo search. They will tell you to go pick up your item to proper lost property airport office to pay again. So I end up pay fees twice. I could just go to proper office and pay one fee.

Reviewing the Web Site is NOT a review of the service. Beware!

Most of the reviews are about the Web Site NOT about the success of the returned goods. If some of those who have given five stars for the Site could follow up with a review of the success or not of the service, then maybe it would be worth a try. Without that, I'd give it a wide berth.

Complete scam! Avoid.

Despite multiple requests this website has been completely unable to either find my lost property nor give me any evidence that they have actually done anything to help me. In my case, I was able to find my lost property by contacting the airport directly. But they provided no assistance Which makes it look like a complete scam just trying to get your money off you (which you have to pay in advance).
It’s particularly pernicious because their website was the first one which was suggested when I looked up “lost property Heathrow”.
Avoid at all costs!

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Charged $55 and literally did NOTHING. In less than 12 hours Boston/Logan had my bag in their lost and found. This site preys on people who are panicked. You aren't thinking after traveling for 20 hours though. When Boston / Logan contacted ME not Airportlostandfound.com, I reached out to cancel and they said too bad, WE found it in less than 24 hours - which they did not. They did nothing. Said it would take 48 hours to investigate. FYI, NO airport will charge you and Logan has a 99% recovery regardless of where you lost it. I lost mine in the parking lot due to a Lyft driver.

All lies. Don’t waste your money.

They say they will “expedite” your claim. I gave them specific time and location of my lost ring and the B person who I suspected picked up my ring. I even said where this person was sitting on the plane. They said they were having security review footage. All lies. This service is a joke.

Excellent Service

I got an email from these guys 5 days after I left my wallet on an Easyjet flight. I had only just realised it was missing and was going to phone my bank just as it arrived. I was nervous after doing due diligence and reading the reviews but the couldn’t have been more efficient and charming. Cost £30 for next day delivery but much easier than replacing everything including my driving licence. Very impressed. A shame more people do not write good reviews! Thanks Grace and Vanessa.
