Don’t fall it’s a scam

Don’t fall it’s a scam! All the positive reviews are fake. Lost my money for this fake service, I was in panic and didn’t do proper research paid the amount and lost my money - they don’t do anything just take your money.

I requested a refund and got their…

I requested a refund and got their confirmation email saying they have already sent the amount. Then 10 days later still not refund amount back to my visa card.

I tried to send them emails -no replies. I reached out the agent on the website's chatbox, they just kept saying the amount has been sent but couldn't provide any proof, not even the ARN number so I can check with my bank.

Not to mention, the searching service was terrible. I paid to search for my jacket in Hongkong airport. They were very slow in updating results. I ended up getting help from the Lost and Found department of Hongkong airport themselves.

The amount was not much but this is a scam for me. DO NOT pay them.

So caring!

I really appreciate the service provided!! Percy followed through with me and was exceptionally helpful!! I haven’t had to deal with any loss at an airport before but your service has given me a confidence if needed again in the future, I’d give more starts if I could-THANK YOU!!
