SCAM! They take you money as a "donation" and don't do anything. They said they were affiliated with Easy jet and this was Easy Jet's process for retrieving a lost/forgotten item and it's not. I suspected it was a sam after a few days and I called an easy jet number and they found my item in 1 minute and confirmed that they ARE NOTE affiliated with this company and they are scammers.
Its seems to be scam!
