We had a great experience with Airport Pickups London. Santokh was our driver and he was excellent — friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment he picked us up.

After a long day of travel, it was a relief to have everything go so smoothly. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, Santokh made us feel welcome, and the entire transfer was easy and stress-free. Traveling with our family and luggage can be a lot, but he took great care of us.

We would like to thank Jules Moore for going above and beyond for us yesterday. We booked a ride from Heathrow to Portsmouth. Our flight was unexpectedly delayed and we were not sure what to expect. Jules was there to greet us as we cleared Immigration. His car was immaculate. He made sure we were all comfortable. Jules has some incredible life experiences. The conversations we had were appreciated. The one thing that really set Jules apart is how he managed our daughter becoming ill part way through the journey. He made every effort to make sure she was comfortable. He turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience. He demonstrated an incredible composure. He even went so far as to explain the situation to our hotel upon arrival. We were able to check in early. Our daughter is now feeling a lot better. I would definitely recommend APL and would rate them 5 stars +++.

I scheduled three different transfers with Airport Pickups-London prior to my arrival in London. All three transfers were on time and got us to our destination on schedule. The drivers were very personable as well. We had a great experience and will use this company in the future.

They make unreasonable extra charges. Booked a pickup for 8 bags and charged me extra for my personal bag. Then when we were at the car, I realized I left my guitar in baggage claim but decided to come back and get it later since the hotel was right next to the airport. Driver said it was okay for me to run back in and get it. So I do… While I was waiting, I get a call from the dispatch team telling me I was being charged extra for overtime fees and the driver told his people that he was still waiting for me and pretended like he and I did not have a conversation about me going back in and I certainly was not informed that I would be charged extra for going back in.

After a long international flight arriving at Heathrow Airport, it was such a relief to have a smooth and stress-free transfer waiting for me. My driver Santokh was professional, friendly, and punctual, and made the whole arrival process so much easier.

The communication was great, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, and I felt very well looked after from the moment I landed. It was exactly the of reliable service you need after a long flight.

I would not recommend this company. I was told I had to pay an extra £20 because my luggage supposedly would not fit and I needed a larger vehicle. After paying, the exact same Volkswagen Sharan arrived, and all of our luggage fitted perfectly.

When I complained, the company changed its explanation instead of taking responsibility. This left me feeling misled, and the whole experience felt like a very misleading way of doing business. I will not use this company again.
