Excellent driver (Jay, I recall), very friendly, very helpful with heavy luggage, drove sensibly but expeditiously.

Great timing from him; I think I may have been a bit late myself. He found me quickly from my photo.

Ali was extremely professional and kind. We couldn't have asked for a better service. From him arriving ahead of time, helping with luggage, engaging conversation with my husband, and a safe travel experience.

Giving a balanced 3 stars. Drivers very nice. Good service that end. Had to wait 35 min for baggage on arrival back to UK. Booked online, could NOT see any small print advising about a 30 min wait. Because of the airline delay, I get stung with a cold phone call and £15 extra surcharge. Welcome home. Imagine English not being your first language and you get called like that on arriving in a foreign country. Bad, predatory clause. Change practice APL.

There were awful, charge £20 extra for waiting time while there was no waiting, you don’t know who is not telling the truth, the driver or the receptionist who called me and said if I don’t pay she will call the driver to take my wife and kids back to the airport.
Never again.

We used APL for three separate trips during our vacation, and they were fantastic from start to finish. Communication was prompt and clear, and our final driver, Sheik, was wonderful—always getting us to our destinations safely and right on time.

Booked with them over a week before leaving for the UK from Australia and was very impressed with the price, communication and service we received. Age appropriate child seats were provided at no extra cost and we were met at Heathrow arrivals by the driver. Highly recommended and I’ll be booking with them for our return trip.

Very impressed. Booked a last minute mini van after having landed and was very quickly able to choose the appropriate car, get a quote, and then have the driver come and meet us very quickly after having made the booking. The driver was also super professional and helpful when he did arrive. I also appreciated the Whatsapp communication with both the office and driver which made things very easy.
Would certainly use again!
