I was nervous about shipping my bag back home, because it meant we would have to leave it at the hotel and out of our sight. I searched for possible carriers and came up with one that had a great website and really good prices. But, I had to make a decision over the weekend, and I quickly found that no one at the company would even respond to my enquires. As a last resort, I tried AiroLuggage. Their price was slightly higher, but I saw a chat button on the site and decided to try it. Honestly, i didn’t expect much, but almost instantly a chat was started with a knowledgeable rep. I probably bugged the heck out of these poor people, with question after question, but I finally decided to go ahead. So glad I did! At first I thought the bag would arrive in about 4 days, but it was collected at my hotel in Didcot on Monday and delivered in The Atlanta area Tuesday afternoon! This company provides incredibly professional service at a reasonable price. They are easy and friendly to deal with. We will definitely use them again!

Great service. All queries answered quickly. Luggage delivered on a Saturday which many companies do not offer. Will definitely use again and would recommend to other people.

The whole experience from start to finish was so easy. Sent luggage to malawi on the 5 day service. And everything was sorted out with John and there were no hidden costs or surprises. The only things hidden were the surprises and good little things. The luggage got to malawi on the 5th day as paid for.

Fantastic customer service. Tried to ship one suitcase from Taiwan to London a couple of weeks ago. There were many failed attempts (due to the beauracracy of Taiwan), however, John (from AiroLuggage) did his best to make sure it arrived as quick as possible, and was always informative about what was going on. He even paid the extra charge to ship it first class! Would use the service again.

I booked in a last minute delivery on a Wednesday from Australia to the United Kingdom under the Classic delivery which takes 2-5 business days. John was very helpful in the booking process as I was getting my luggage sent to me and I didn't have my luggage with me to complete the full process myself. He made sure I had all the necessary documentation to print within an hour of my booking with full instructions so I could get my brother to attach it to my luggage for pick up on next day (Thursday morning). Pick up was on time during the timeframe selected. I was provided with a tracking link so I could keep track of my luggage. Surprisingly the link advised that I would receive my luggage early on Tuesday. On Tuesday however I noticed that there was a delay in transit so I followed up with John and he made sure to check what was going on. He kept me updated on the progress of my luggage. There were a few delays based on a Tuesday delivery and a bit of confusing messages on the tracking details link however it was not at the fault of Airoluggage unfortunately my luggage had missed some connections and got delayed with a public holiday in one of the countries it travelled through. Eventually my luggage arrived in London the following Friday, which was actually not delayed based on the option of delivery I had selected in the first place. Best of all my suitcase was actually well in tact and all my belongings had made it safely. I would highly recommend Airoluggage of anyone looking to send their luggage internationally or even domestically in the UK. The service provided is personal and helpful and the pricing for the service is very competitive. I had a 28kg piece of luggage sent and I did a fair bit of research and couldn't find any other service that provided as a good of a price than Airoluggage. I would definitely use their services again.
