I was looking to send some belongings back to the UK ahead of a move. Firstly, getting the quote was easy, I had had to submit a lot of personal details to other companies, but not with Airoluggage. Their quote came in as the lowest and the fastest on delivery time. Support from John in the office was great. Quick responses, and knowledgeable advice about customs etc. Definitely would use them again and recommend them to other.

2nd time using airoluggage...no hassle, efficient and will use again next time I'm going abroad. Very pleased :)

Received my box this morning, very happy that it is all in one piece and got it ahead of the estimated delivery for tomorrow, especially considering we are in the middle of a world pandemic and South Africa's borders are closed! Quick, easy, hassle-free booking process! Also after lots of research, found they had the cheapest rates, even cheaper than DHL which is the company that is used to ship the items!

John and Amy were great at answering my hundreds of questions! :)

This is the easiest way to send an international shipment. Package was picked up and delivered to the UK in 2 days. Customer service was very helpful, responsive and easy to work with. Will definitely use again.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Even during the pandemic this company has acted so professionally and efficiently. I was kept informed about collection and delivery. I will always use this company from now on and would highly recommend!

Brilliant service. At first, I chose another shipping company because I had not heard of AiroLuggage before, however the other company screwed me over. I then saw how flexible AiroLuggage was, and their customer service live chat helped and advised me so much. As I was not going to be there when they picked up my bags, I checked what they needed and they made my life very simple because I just needed to print the labels and the employees would do everything else.
I had asked for it to be picked up on a Friday, but they phoned and emailed to say it would be the Monday (due to a bank holiday), they were timely on the Monday morning in collecting my bags and I could easily track my bags in transit. It took 3 days less to ship to the destination as stated initially which was amazing.

I would definitely recommend this service!

Ciao to everyone, I know I'm in London but, 20 minute a go the driver pickup my tow boxes from my house, him give me a good help for pickup the packages and help me with the lables.. until here everything was normal but, what was anormal was:" I book the delivery like 50 minutes a go", when the driver was at home my friend was closing the last box ... excellent and fast service, I will let you know when a receive both of them in Italy

Turned to airoluggage in desperation as was on a solo skiing trip in Canada (I live in UK) and busted my knee to extent there was no way I could carry my luggage home. Initial contact was through online chat. Friendly, helpful, straightforward and whilst I was in no rush to get my ski gear home as wasn't going to be needing it again, anytime soon, it was delivered on time. Prompt response to emails (I think all were less than 1hr). Would definately consider using again if I ever needed to and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I planned a trip and tried this service for the first time, very impressed with the service and delivery. I had 3 large suitcases and a few bags all arrived on time and without any issues. I will use this system again.

My experience was very bad. No one could give me much information before I booked the package to be sent. When I did there was no communication. They don't pick up weekends so we had to take a morning off. The delivery guy was supposed to come in the morning and didn't arrive until 5, this cost a day of work and was pointless to ask us if the morning or night was best.

An absolute gem of a company. Im based in UK & needed some luggage picked up in Austria & delivered to UK. No brand name carriers could cope with my request!
Airoluggage were only too happy to help, and provided a fully trackable, and cost effective solution, to the highest standards.
I highly recommend this UK based service.

This is an incredible service. John is available 24.7 and assured me everything would work well and it did. More cost effectice than booking bag space with Ryanair. Will use every yr

I was very cautious about using baggage forwarding - after speaking with the AiroLuggage office about my concerns I went ahead. I was sent a concise list of ‘how to do’ so as not to make mistakes. The service was amazing. The courier arrived on time - I was able to track my luggage - which arrived to final address on time and intact. I would highly recommend this company and will definately use them again.
