Order is always promptly despatched and the quality of the shoes is excellent

Unfortunately had to return the shoes as they were too small. I have asked for a replacement in a larger size but was disappointed that I had to pay for return postage

Bought these sandals for my son’s wedding as they are both stylish and comfortable and I know I will be able to wear them all day and night!

Bought some lovely shoes however the fit wasn't quite right. A quick phone call & a replacement pair was sent out before they had received the original pair back, which was great as I needed them in a hurry for a wedding I was attending.
They are probably the most comfortable heeled shoes I have ever worn even though I was wearing them for 12 hours, standing for long periods, dancing etc. No breaking in required with these!!
Very pleased with purchase, would thoroughly recommend this company & their product.

Prompt delivery. Lovely soft leather only the ankle straps were very difficult to do up as the holes had not been properly punched through.

Failed delivery despite instructions being given to the courier. Initially hard to contact air & grace - their automatic response to a customer service question email lands in my normal inbox, but then the specific replied end up in junk mail. Not sure why, but took some persistence and help from the customer services team to figure that out. Once the communication was sorted the customer service has been excellent. Just a shame the shoes I had ordered are on pre-order so it’s now a wait or to find something else.

I have had great experiences with this company, but was disappointed with my recent order. The Gala black leather sandals were much as I expected - sturdy but nice soft leather and comfortable soles. However, the Lottie Mary Jane sandals did not fit properly (too broad and too short), and what was described as 'burgundy suede' is actually much lower quality -- hard and inflexible, and more brown than burgundy too -- that I anticipated. I will have to return them (at my own expense) and won't be ordering again.

I do like the shoes and bought them for one of the reasons - made in Portugal/ Spain, however 2 pairs I have received are labelled as made in Turkey.

Beautiful shoe, the gold leather Anais. Very soft leather. I normally wear a size 5.5 or 6. This shoe comes up rather small and I had to go for a 7. Deliveries came quickly. Definitely recommend.
