Aaria London do not accept returns on earrings for "hygiene reasons". It is an absurd policy for an on-line jewellery business. They say they can't clean them apparently, although every other online jewellery business seems able to do this. Do not buy earrings unless you are 100% sure you want to keep them

Misleading return policy I thought I had 14 days not for pierced ears apparently.

Ridiculous, you can return a bikini or pants more easily than a pair of earrings.
Only needs a wipe with surgical spirit.
very expensive for what it is so many people are copying them now anyway overpriced.

I don't recommend buying from Aaria. They are not transparent about their return and exchange policy. I bought a pair of earrings for my wife for Mother's Day. She ended up needing a different pair, at which point we found out that Aaria DOES NOT EXCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. They said it's because they can't clean the jewelry. Apparently, it's so hard to do that only thousands and thousands of other jewelers have figured out how to accept returns and exchanges. DO NOT BUY from Aaria unless you are 1000% sure that you want that pair and are okay with terrible customer service.

Don’t buy from this store. Although they state easy returns, you have to pay their shipping costs from Asia as well as your return shipping cost! Very misleading. Also there are no contact details on their website. Always a red flag!

Overpriced products that can be found cheaper elsewhere, were reluctant to let me return and now I have returned are ignoring emails and have not issued a refund: advice is stay away

Ok waited so long for these illusion earrings. They are cite but nowhere near with the price. They are final sale too because they were purchased on a Black Friday sale. They also gave an option for a free gift which was an ear cuff. It doesn’t stick on your ear. I would buy again. There are much cheaper versions I would have gotten. Lesson learned.

Do not buy from this company. A £600 jacket came looking like the cheapest nastiest coat I’ve ever seen. I returned it and they will not refund me and keep saying they will update me. Terrible terrible company who basically steel money from you……stay clear

Just to be clear, the company I mean in Ari-London, not Aria as at top of page! Very similar to other experiences, 3 items bought totalling £78, none of which looked anything like the quality portrayed in the online images. Return policy and costs makes it uneconomic to return and a gamble that you will ever see reimbursement. Stuff straight into charity shop bag. Wish I'd read reviews before purchases... Would NOT recommend!

Items arrived within 2 weeks as stated for UK delivery, very happy with quality of clothes purchased. I will definitely be ordering again in the near future!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
This is by far the worst company that i have ever dealt with. Ordered £100 worth of items and received them roughly 4 weeks later, looking absolutely NOTHING like the pictures online - very cheap items from China!
I contacted them to return items and sent them signed for by Royal Mail.
It has now been 4 weeks since they received my items back and they are now refusing to return any of my emails and messages on Facebook and I still haven't had a refund of items that i originally ordered 2 months ago!!!

I absolutely love this website! They have gorgeous, high quality stylish clothes. I'm usually weary about ordering from sites I don't know but my friend reccomended as she was happy with her purchases. I've had a happy experience all the way through from ordering to delivery! I have ordered from them several times now and I have been happy with everything. Delivery was 2-3 weeks which I'm satisfied with as they are worth the wait! :) customer service are very professional and a great help when you need them! I would defiantly reccomend!

Placed an order, you know the usual. You're excited to get your order, firstly the fact I didn't receive an estimated delivery date through me.

Then my items were shipped separately and from China. I then waited, I got one item. The quality wasn't bad, it just didn't fit. It had been over a week by this point, so I'm worried. My tracking isn't re-assuring, so I reach out to Arialondon and I'm told usually items take two weeks to arrive but if it doesn't arrive within 60 days I can get a refund. 60 days?!!!

So yeah so far I've still not received them and I've waited over two weeks. :(
