I have provided the pictures of the…

I have provided the pictures of the property. They could clearly see how dirty was the bedsheet, toilet were not cleaned at all, ashes on the floor etc that did not bring any conclusion!

They wrote in email- “hotel advice that no issue found in my room”, then what are those pictures saying which I sent to agoda in previous email! They could not even explain me.

I can clearly see that agoda was in favour of the hotel not in the client!

When we saw the condition of the room, we were trying to cancel on the website but agoda didn’t have any option and hotel manager said the only way I can cancel is through agoda.
I even called agoda customer service to raise a refund due to poor condition of the rooms at the same time. But all useless.

Now, the hotel is telling agoda a different story! And they believe in verbal evidence, not in physical one(photos) which I have sent agoda in last email!

It’s a scam!!!!

Never ever book anything with agoda if you do not want regret in your holidays.

Agoda cancelled my booking id335056815…

Agoda cancelled my booking id335056815 with less than a week before staying. Their reason, hotel maintenance. Checked with the hotel. No maintenance. Actually the price for the rooms went up so Agoda resold my room for money. Agoda have totally messed up my families travel plans. The plonkers in customer service are a waste of time. Avoid them.

This company is still trying to charge…

This company is still trying to charge me $941.00 for goods and/or services I never received. I booked a 21-day stay in a hotel in Phuket through them and wasn't supposed to be charged until I checked in. My flight was canceled, so I canceled the reservation, and they charged my credit card, even though I never set for in the hotel or Phuket.

Completely untrustworthy trash company, I would award them no stars, but you have to give at least one to write a review.

Room Cancellation

Worst experience for me. Book hotel for kul trip (mid valley).Check in hotel on 11/1/23,hotel staff informed me my booking was cancelled by agoda. Have to search for rooms for 2 nights. Impossible to contact agoda by phone. Send email no reply for refund. Never ever to book through them.

I would recommend AGONDA

I am so sorry, but the majority of negative review looks as fakes for me. Or trustpilot are posting only these reviews, and hiding the positive.

I made booking through AGONDA because it was cheaper for 150 euro. Then I checked it on TRUSTPILOT and I was completely depressed. I could not sleep for a few days, for all time I was thinking that this WEB is a scam. Finally I keep my booking and travel to the place I booked. AND EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. All what should be included was on the list.

Probably mistakes are happening, but this is trustable WEB to book an accommodation for the best price. I WOULD RECOMMENDED AGONDA.

PAY MORE - JUST DON'T USE THEM - ITS NOT WORTH IT

When you book a trip with agoda its done through a chinese third party, and when needed for ammendment/cancellation, Agoda will tell you that it out of their hands. Customer service (Clarence, Ariza, Haziq) hang up and don't call back after over an hour of waiting. Never got an answer or my money. DO NOT USE THEM

Update on previous reviews-still trying to get refund of double charge by Agoda. Absolutely useless customer service and incredibly difficult to deal with.
Don’t book with Agoda-plenty of other booking sites

Agoda presents low price based upon coupon but does not automatically apply the coupon.

Agoda presented me with hotel pricing options with 60 being the lowest cost. On that screen it also noted a 24 hour coupon discount of 7 was applied to the price.

However when advancing to the booking screen for the 60 dollar price point, that screen did not apply any coupon. This took place with out my noticing until I had paid for and booked and saw my price was 67 a night.

It is very disappointing and leaves me thinking I was duped by the low price but charged another.

I called their USA support offic, off shore, and was told my reservation was non-cancelable or refundable. The supposed customer service rep was of no assistance.

Watch like a hawk to be sure the AGODA system applies COUPON codes and that price they are locking in is what you expect.

AGODA is either being deceptive or it's website does not apply coupon codes that it clearly notes as part of the price quoted but subsequently NOT in the booked priced.

If AGODA is reading this please contact me so we may discuss.

BEWARE OF BOOKING WITH AGODA AS IT IS NOT TRUST WORTHY NOR DOES IT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS THAT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER'S BOOKING ISSUES.

STOLE MY MONEY AND DID NOT NOTIFY HOTEL OFF MY Reservation

Absolutely disgusted in this company they took my £120 for the jury’s inn in nottingham confirmed the reservation and then when I arrived to the hotel they had no confirmation off this booking I had paid for so I had to pay again as I had traveled 2 hours they are SCAMMING people left right and centre they will not resolve it for me and pretend to cancel and refund me but still nothing !!!!!!! BEWARE

Absolutely the worst - DO NOT USE

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received, actually using the word service discredits service. They are the WORST - never ever use, unless you want to be completely ripped off and then go around in circles for weeks on end trying to find a resolution unsuccessfully. Then yeh, do.

I made a booking n received confirmed n paid email.
When i check in, i been reject to stay.
Ask for refund from agoda,but still charged me for my rejected stay.

Zero customer service when hotels cancel your booking to jack up prices a few days out

The total lack of customer service means that if anything goes wrong there is no way to get support. Booked a hotel in Naples in advance of a trip over a long weekend, and then a few days out from the trip the hotel claimed they couldn't validate my credit card (we used three different cards to try and secure the booking, cards we've never had issues with in any place around the world) then cancelled the booking. The room then went back on the website at 3 times the price we had booked it for; they had clearly realised they could charge more over that holiday weekend so decided to cancel our booking. There's no kind of customer service with agoda to interact with to resolve this issue so we ended up having to book 2 beds in a hostel as there was limited availability in the city a few days out from a holiday weekend, and those handful of hotel rooms still available were massively marked up. It seems that there is no accountability for the hotels though agoda and they are able to cancel bookings on a whim and put the room back on the market at a much higher price and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.

We booked though you for the Isle of…

We booked though you for the Isle of wight the Melbourne Ardenlea hotel.you really need to update your pictures of this hotel as it is a disgrace .we walked in and walked out again it needed to be pull down.because you are selling this hotel under portal.no pool working hotel filthy bed not change over very very and very very Dirty so we had to find another hotel to stay for the week would not have stay there if my life depends on it.

Absolute disaster. Avoid!!

Absolute disaster! Agoda are an unrecognised third party as far as I can tell. They advertise bookings from elsewhere and book the room for you through a legitimate site.

Our room was incorrectly advertised as twin beds, we arrived to a double and was informed when I called the owners (to rectify this) that the establishment does not advertise twin rooms as they don’t have any. I only realised something was particularly off when the owner seemed to have no knowledge of Agoda.

We then had further issues due to a leak in the apartment above ours which flooded into our apartment blowing all the electrics. We had to be moved to another hotel, a long walk through the city centre when we had other activities planned, and we’re told that our refund had been processed by the landlord (through another company). Agoda confirmed the cancellation at the time so I thought no more of it, other than the fact they told me my refund would take 30 days. This is the slowest refund I’ve ever heard of!!

A few days later I noticed that the booking had been marked as complete on Agoda. I questioned this on their online chat and they had no record of the cancellation. They then said they needed confirmation from this ‘third party’ who they cannot name apparently. Avoid this site at all costs. Total scam and still awaiting my refund.
