Helpful, polite and empathetic

Rory the gentleman taking the interview was very helpful, polite and empathetic.
All the options were clearly presented to me and I believe I was able to make the best decision for myself.

Wonderful

Everytime I have contacted, since setting up my IVA to now, 2 years in, I have received nothing but respect, kindness and solutions. Wonderful staff who provide a fantastic service. Can't recommend AFA enough. No judgement and no unkindess, your staff are a credit to the company!
