All the staff are very friendly and does support you throughout the process. The lady who advised me from the supervisor Team who was called Annababelle was excellent.
They take you step by step through process of your finance. It’s a scary process. But they will surport you and help, they are very friendly.
I would recommend them to help you through your financial difficulties.

Staff are absolutely brilliant, so helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone who is struggling with debt. They have made my life so much better.

The ladies who I dealt with were absolutely amazing they were very patient with me talking me through everything checking I was able to understand every detail.

Speaking to AFA insolvency staff today was fantastic, the decency and the respect that was given was marvellous. Patient, gently repeated question when being ask to go over. They show concern and want your wellbeing. They were not in a rush, very
caring and compassionate. In fact, I felt very peaceful and calm after I spoke to AFA insolvency personal today.

They where so helpful couldn't do enough for me like to give a shout out to a lady called Susan for all her help so good when people want to help you so good

The level of deception and incompetence are unbelievable.
Funny thing is soon as you signed up they ask you to leave a review when you’re at your happiest.

With the coaching from an Indian man… I was given a script to stick to during the initial talk with my insolvency practitioner…
Basically, I was lured into an IVA with the promise of paying no more than £100 pm totalling £6000 throughout the five year duration… in their words “we make the figures fit!”
First year was fine paying this amount then the first review came and things took a turn for the worst.. £100 per month deal disappeared into thin air wanting treble the amount in ongoing payments… wanting a full underpayment £3000 and trying to extend the IVA for a further year making it six years.
The insolvency practitioner has since mysteriously “done one” and gone into retirement..
I could go on and on with this review, but there is too much to tell I pulled myself out of it and have since used alternative methods for my debts.
Stay away from this company!

They're very helpful and professional, a huge relief as i have been experiencing a lot of financial difficulties recently and struggling to pay back the debt
