I recently had the pleasure of taking part in the Adventure 001 falconry experience, and it was genuinely unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was well-organized, welcoming, and incredibly engaging.

The highlight, without a doubt, was the opportunity to actually hold the birds. Feeling the weight of these magnificent creatures on your arm and seeing them up close is something truly special. The handlers were knowledgeable and clearly passionate, sharing fascinating insights about each bird’s personality, behavior, and history. Their guidance made the experience feel both safe and personal, even for someone with no prior experience.

The birds themselves were absolutely stunning—powerful, graceful, and surprisingly calm when perched.

What stood out most was how hands-on the experience was. This wasn’t just a demonstration—it was interactive, immersive, and incredibly memorable. Whether you’re an animal lover or just looking for something unique to try, I would highly recommend this experience.

Overall, it was a fantastic day that exceeded expectations and left me with a real appreciation for these incredible birds of prey.

Very well organised simple but effective safety briefing pilot was friendly and answered all our questions would highly recommend this to anybody looking for a fist time helicopter experience

Windermere helicopter ride. Was fantastic would definitely recommend this. Views were amazing, staff very friendly and helpful and the pilot was brilliant.
Kept informed all the way up to our flight with very clear instructions.

We chose to do our helicopter ride at The Cotswolds Airport this location is brilliant as you get to see the aeroplanes there and also there is a nice Cafe , the staff at the location for the helicopter ride were very knowledgeable and provided great safety advice and made you feel comfortable. The pilot was great and everyone was happy and polite. The views you get to see are amazing. 10/10 experience and will be booking more !!

You really, really, really have to do this. Do the half hour one for an absolutely fantastic experience. I tend to swear alot and I was so proud that I didn't, the pilot was fantastic and the ground crew calming. It was quite windy, but that just added. Now I am boring everyone witless about the trip. If you're umming and arrhing about going. Just book it, there'll be no regrets.

The helicopter flight was amazing. The staff were very proffesional and I felt confident from the start. Safety briefings were well explained. The staff on land and in the air were great. I would highly recommend, it was a great experience.

Purchased in July 2025, had to purchase an upgrade to book at an earlier date, first booking at the end of September 2025 got canceled 2 days prior to our flight, reson: they changed the 6 seats aircraft with a 4 one, poor operational management.
Booked again, first available date end of March 2026, so 2 booking in 9 months, outrageous. 1 hour prior our flight got canceled, we were on our way there. They invoked early morning fog. They chose to delay all flights during the day and cancel the last 2 flights. They should've cancel the morning ones as it was not safe to do so, the weather at the time of our flight was perfectly sunny without wind. Another example of bad operational management.
Then, we had to deal with with the rudeness and arrogance of the Operations Manager that denied to refund us after they couldn't find a viable solution.

Easy booking and a great falconry experince booked through Adventure 001. Will use them again.

45 minute helicopter flying lesson- Great experience and great fun! Staff are all helpful, friendly and professional. Be mindful that this experience is weather permitting and that’s outwith anyone’s control however I was lucky to have fine clear day and really enjoyed it. Would highly recommend this one. Just need to save up now for a helicopter!

Had been looking forward to my helicopter experience. Wasn't disappointed. The staff on the day ,Dom, George and Instructor Tom ( all pilots ) were very professional, personable and obviously love flying and I would say sharing that with their customers.
After a brief id and weight check we were given our safety brief and then a very interesting basic run through of helicopter mechanics and controls.
Once in the aircraft and with headsets fitted, Tom taxied us to the runway and we were off! Each having a shot in the pilot seat and controls once at height.
All together a great couple of hours all in and well worth my money and 2 hour drive there and home.
Its Five stars from me !

An amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and kept us informed the whole time. They carried out a full safety briefing. The views over London were magnificent. All the staff made our experience very special and memorable. Would highly recommend. A truly memorable experience.

Adventure 001 provide professional helpful staff who keep you completely informed as to the progress of your experience with them to ensure a good experience and a happy purchase. My husband and I enjoyed a 30 minute helicopter flight and were attended to by Dom, George and Tom on the day with total precision and efficiency. We had a thoroughly great time with Adventure 001. Helicopter flying has now become my new addiction thanks to them !

I got this helicopter flying lesson experience for my husband I hopped in the back as a passenger and to be honest it was the best experience ever what a crew Dom and the team can't do anymore to make your experience very relaxed and they definitely know there stuff my husband was buzzing and couldn't believe he had actually got to do it we would 100% highly recommend Northumberland Adventures 001.com at cumbernauld if your looking for the ultimate experience that's definitely the one to choose a huge thank you for making our flight so good it's actually worth 10 stars 🌟

Basically this company operates on the principle that most people will get frustrated and forgo the helicopter flight ticket they have been gifted or bought. They sell way too many tickets versus the slots available and then there will be several cancellations citing weather or technical glitches. You will then only get a slot several months later which has a high chance of cancellation as well and the cycle continues. We got this ticket in August 2024 and after many cancellations and our relentless attempts finally been able to complete the flight in March 2026. This flight experience itself is enjoyable but you will likely get frustrated by the booking process and never actually do it.

Now be prepared for their reply below, which will say oh you read the terms and conditions and signed on to this, oh we prioritise your safety etc. True, but despite any terms and conditions any service that you purchase in the world, you shouldnt have to wait 2 years to get! They are aware of the London weather, they are aware of the condition of their Helicopters and should sell the right number of tickets so that in case of any issues people are able to rebook quickly but that's not the case at all. And of course forget about refunds. So unless you want to spend half your life chasing down a booking slot I would not recommend this.

Avoid using this company . Suspect scam . They take your money and continuously cancel your bookings for non authentic reasons . Won’t issue refunds , just the option to rebook and rebook just for them to cancel again

A great experience where you’re allowed to control the helicopter. It’s an introduction to flying helicopters and really gives you the need to want to learn more.

A fantastic experience for myself, partner and son. When we arrived I was unable to go on the helicopter due to anxiety and they allowed my partner to go on my behalf without question. All the staff were amazing
