Do not book with Adored Holidays or 360 Travel Group.

We booked a family holiday to Abu Dhabi including flights, hotel and transfers. Days before departure, we discovered only because we contacted the hotel ourselves that no hotel booking existed. Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island confirmed directly that our reservation was not on their system.

We dealt directly with Alex and Tobi, both General Managers, yet despite dealing at the highest level, the situation was handled appallingly. Alex became completely unresponsive at a critical time, with messages read and not replied to, and deadlines repeatedly missed.

Tobi repeatedly assured us a solution was coming, asked for more time, and committed to specific call back times. None of these were honoured and no resolution was ever provided.

Multiple calls to the office resulted in conversations with admin staff who confirmed there was nothing they could do because the matter sat with Alex and Tobi. This left us completely stuck, with no escalation route, no accountability, and no ownership of the issue.

We were later informed that Arabian Adventures, their provider, had cancelled bookings due to contractual issues with Adored Holidays, yet nobody proactively informed us. We were left less than 24 hours before departure, check in open, travelling with a 14 month old baby, with no accommodation and no support.

The stress and disruption caused were enormous. We lost annual leave, nursery fees, airport parking, holiday purchases, and had to urgently arrange an entirely new holiday ourselves to avoid being stranded abroad.

Any reviews mentioning individuals we did not deal with do not reflect our experience. Our interactions were with Alex, Tobi, and the wider Adored Holidays and 360 Travel Group team.

This was a complete failure of service, duty of care and professionalism. We would never book with Adored Holidays or 360 Travel Group again and strongly urge others to avoid them.

I wish I could give negative stars for this company. Absolutely appalling service. They didn’t book the hotel part of my holiday and then did nothing about it. Ignored all of my messages for help. After 9 weeks of emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages, they continue to ignore me. I was promised a refund twice and had agreement that the service I had received warranted compensation. They have not provided either. Please DO NOT waste your money.

WARNING, I’m currently in Dubai and this company has cancel our holiday. Even though I have paid for it. We have 4 children and 2 babies with us. Everytime we call they are saying for us to pay the hotel ourselves. Staff are rude and are doing nothing to help. They are refusing to pay the hotel and are now not accepting our calls.

2nd time to Atlantis Dubai using Adored Holidays, great price and great communication both times , always quick answers to any questions and the Hotel is amazing , highly recommend both Adored holidays and the Atlantis will be going away next year and using Chris at Adored Holidays again , many thanks for another year of great memories

From the minute I called this company I was put at ease.Matt has been great,giving me a quick and easy affordable quote.Everything from start to finish was a brilliant experience .Could not ask for more.I will definitely book with these again .

Chris at Adored Holidays has been great — really helpful and professional throughout.

However, we weren’t overly impressed with Atlantis. While the day-to-day staff were amazing, the reception team left a lot to be desired. From the moment we arrived, there was heavy selling, and we kept getting messages on the TV and phone calls encouraging us to add more money to our room account.

The food was fine, but overall, the hotel felt more like a themed Disney resort than a luxury experience.

As for the Emirates night flight — definitely a no from us. The seats were uncomfortable, the food was poor, and the service was very slow.

That said, Chris will definitely be organising more holidays for us in the future — we’ve learned a lot from this first trip!

We booked with Adored last year — 18 of us went to Dubai and had a fabulous time!

This year, it’s just me and my boyfriend going away, and I’ve booked with Josh this week. He has been absolutely brilliant! I’ve sent him countless emails with changes, and every single time he’s updated everything and replied almost instantly.

We haven’t been on the holiday yet, but the booking process has been so good that I just had to leave a review. Josh is a real credit to Adored — so helpful, patient, and efficient. Couldn’t recommend him and the company more!

Chris made our booking to Orlando very easy and seamless. He was very helpful throughout the booking process and contacted us today to ensure we had a good time. I had a bad experience with a member of staff of Adored a couple of years back and vowed never to use Adored again but Chris will be my first point of contact for any future bookings I look to make.

This is the third year of using Chris for my annual trip to Dubai, I had to amend dates due to a new arrival in the family, there were no charges, no issues and nothing but excellent and helpful customer service!
I could not recommend this man enough, book with Chris and know that you will have the best value for money, hotel and flights possible and it’s all done quickly with super efficiently with no pressure. Thanks Chris, I look forward to booking for the fourth year.

The booking process was super smooth and efficient with Ellie who has now left the business. The price was the most competitive which is why I booked with adored holidays.

Where things took a turn was when I landed in Dubai and was in the transfer, I received a text from a WhatsApp associated with adored holidays saying that ‘due to an issue with the supplier, only 3 nights were confirmed at the hotel. We will arrange the remaining nights for you’.

Having paid the balance in full for 4 adults and 1 child in July, to be told this upon landing was really quite worrying. I had my suspicions when I tried to contact the hotel before we flew to notify them of my sons allergies but they said they had no booking for is. Then I contacted Ellie who said she would sort and had notified them of the allergies, which she hadn’t as the hotel were not aware when we arrived.

I called adored and they said someone should be in touch by the Friday. I did not hear anything and had to call back and be firm with the company as I was sat at the pool not knowing if I’d have to check out in the morning with my two year old. I finally heard that the room had been extended, however I could not enjoy my holiday. I was messaging them at 3am Dubai time as I couldn’t sleep thinking we would we have to find alternative arrangements. It was mentioned that the supplier adored used had gone bust in the UK but didn’t make sense as why would the book only part of the trip?

Also the room we specified was a palm view but when we arrived it was not so the booking did not reflect what we paid for. The room was upgraded which was nice however the view we wanted was of the pool And the palm.

As competitive as the pricing was I don’t think I could use or recommend adored again as I just couldn’t have peace of mind based on this experience. A holiday is supposed to be relaxing, I spent the first 3 days of my trip worrying.

I’ve been booking with Rosie for the last 2 years for our trips to Dubai, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better travel agent. She’s gone above and beyond every single time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and even took time out of her own work schedule to help us when needed.

Her professionalism, care, and attention to detail are second to none – nothing is ever too much trouble. Thanks to Rosie, both trips were absolutely seamless and stress-free.

I won’t go anywhere else as long as Rosie is around – she’s simply the best in the business. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality service!

We booked our holiday to Dubai through Chris at Adored Holidays. Chris was fantastic throughout. Helpful knowledgable and efficient. The holiday was fantastic and everything we had hoped for. We have booked several times now with Chris and wont hesitate to do the same in the future

I would give this company zero stars if possible. Paid for transfers as booked a package holiday with a baby, no transfer turned up. Wasted 2hours at the airport. Chased whilst on holiday, no response! Came back and contacted the company and the ‘senior sales consultant’ said it is not a lot for the transfer. Rude, disgraceful and unprofessional. Avoid company at all costs! Once payment has been taken, the attitude completely changes.

We booked our holiday Chris once again and everything was so smooth the transfers flights for both destinations were all booked hotels we stayed at were also lovely.
We had an amazing time! Thank you Chris.

This is now my third holiday arranged by Chris this year, and once again he’s been absolutely amazing. He’s always informative, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. What I really appreciate is that Chris always puts my best interests first, not just what benefits his business.
