Firstly a mistake was made with the spelling of my name on the eticket. I discovered this shortly before we were due to depart and contacted them, they said I had to pay £50 to get the ticket changed. It was obviously their mistake but as time was of the essence I did. I also paid £252 for my husband (very tall) to have an extra legroom seat. However when we got on the plane this had not happened. Since the journey was to New Zealand he had a terrible journey. For the return flights he paid the airline directly to get the extra legroom seat. I ordered vegetarin meals for myslef but this was not passed onto the airline either. Now they are refusing to reimburse me for the £302 I am owed.
