Excellent customer service as usual from Samir, this is why I would always book my Australia flights. It may cost a wee bit more booking with hi over the phone compared to their site, but it's worth every penny to get such amazing service. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

Took our money and never give us valid…
Took our money and never give us valid ticket. This was confirmed with Airline directly who told us non of our five seats has been issued.
Called them over 11 times and spent total of 5 hours on the phone, all of them including Craig, Peter, Sana, Alex are bunch of liars. They all said wait 24 hours and we waited for 45 days and still no ticket and no refund.
Uselect is one of the trading names used by 360 travel group which is the main scammer.

If I couldn’t give them 0 start I would, THIS PLACE IS FRAUD THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WHEN YOU GO TO THE AIRPORT YOUR NAME WOULD NOT EXIST IN THE FLIGHT and they’re customer service is the worst
