ADI offered an outstanding service from start to finish! However, the service was excelled even more so when Mark arrived to fix what was an extremely challenging leak detection. He stayed at our property until 11pm!! His workmanship, customer contact and overall customer care was impeccable all the while undertaking a very gruelling task. Well done ADI :-)

You have to pay the complete fee up front, and if there is a problem which means the testing can't be carried out fully, you have to pay for another full-price visit. There is no flexiblity about organising a follow-up reduced fee investigation.

We were experiencing a considerable water leak in our care home in Crewe UK costing us literally thousands. No idea where it was coming from. We used ADI whose two employees were excellent and very professional. They turned up on time, explained what they were doing with a result of! Leak found, leak repaired, job done. Ironically it was on the hot water so the amount of gas used was much greater than it should have been. Top job thank you ADI

Terrible experience!! I feel most of these ‘positive reviews’ are fake! Quoted £595 + VAT for leak detection, ended up near £900 after works I never clearly authorised. Engineer damaged something during investigation and I was charged for it!!! Poor communication, no transparency, poor service, excessive charges, would not recommend. Cowboys!

Matt who was the engineer knows his stuff inside out and was very professional.He methodically found a small tricky leak under my garage floor and soon repaired it.He is a grafter and to top it all a real nice bloke.

I had a water leak inside my home. I found this company and read all the reviews, which were very good so decided to get help from them. I was not disappointed with my choice. The engineer, Scott arrived and got to work detecting where the water was coming from. I was very impressed by all the equipment he had to find the source of the leak. After a very thorough investigation of my home he pinpointed the leak in my downstairs toilet. After a while he had uncovered the leak and showed me the culprit, which he then proceeded to rectify with a new section of pipe. I cannot say how much I am impressed by Scott’s expertise in locating and fixing the leak. I shall now just have to wait for the area to dry before filling it in. Scott, many thanks for your help and to ADI for providing me with a 5 star service.

Initial enquiry was dealt with efficiently by Caroline, who provided a quote and T & C's within minutes. On acceptance, she arranged for an operative to be with us within the hour.
Kristof explained the steps he was taking to identify the source of the leak. He worked methodically and managed to trace the leak after lifting only 2 tiles without any breakages. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

We had an excellent experience with Christian and Robert. From the initial call, Christian took the time to understand our situation and clearly explained the leak detection process, which immediately gave us confidence.

Robert attended and carried out both tracer gas and acoustic testing, and was able to locate the leak quickly and accurately. He explained everything clearly as he went, which we really appreciated.

Importantly, there was no pressure to carry out unnecessary work — once the leak was identified, he advised us appropriately on next steps, which in our case involved contacting the water company.

After a previous poor experience with another company, this was a complete contrast. Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout. Would highly recommend.

Great experience with our Engineer, Kyle. He worked collaboratively with us given the expectation that the underfloor leak downstairs was going to mean going in through our ornate study flooring. Polite, knowledgeable and efficient, I would gladly hire Kyle again.

Called around leak detection, had great chat with staff around the issue and staff that came out to look around for leaks did a great job. They had all the tools and advised on issues to a great level. They also were very polite and ensured to clean up after themselves.
