I placed an order on July 2nd. It is now August 19th. I haven’t heard ANYTHING about my order since I got a confirmation email when I placed the order. I have tried to reach out and send emails MULTIPLE times. I get no reply, ever. I still get texts and emails about sales and other stuff. At this point I just feel like they’re ignoring me and I don’t understand why. I’ve ordered from them multiple times before and this has never happened. Their auto reply email when you send them an email states that they will get back to you within 5 days. It’s been over a month and a half and I haven’t heard one thing. I also paid for shipping insurance. This is very frustrating because I spent $130 on this order. I want my stuff.

I spent nearly $300 dollars on stuff from Adept. My package never showed up so I messaged the company about it since I paid for shipping insurance. They requested a police report. I filed a police report and sent it to them. I messaged multiple times and they never responded. Still aren't responding. I think it's disgusting they would literally steal my money.

Extremely unprofessional experience with the owner who was dismissive, ignored real concerns, and was all around unpleasant. Would not recommend doing business or buying anything because it'll just end up being extremely upsetting.

I love this company so much. Their products are one of the best I have ever used. I can't recommend them enough. The customer service is amazing and they are so understanding. One of my items shipped late and they gave me a 25% discount that doesn't expire and can be used on anything. They may be a little expensive but their products are worth every penny. I have all their palettes except for the last two that came out Ketracel and seahorse but I hope to purchase before the end of the year because they are beautiful. I definitely tell anyone that loves eyeshadows, eyeliners, highlighter, bronzers and blushes try them. You will not regret it at all.

Appalling, extremely rude, and inept customer service!

Insulting customers, dismissing genuine questions, outright blocking customers who are trying to get in touch, refusing to fulfil orders while not issuing a refund.... Unbelievably unprofessional!
