I didn't pay taxes for the package so it was sent to their facility again. I never received it. I contacted them and they said it would take 8 weeks to get back to them. Cue 8 weeks later, when contacting them, they just don't answer at all. Absolute worst customer service ! My order of a total of around 170€ just won't be refunded. I feel scammed
