Contacted evike support and they told me to make a video so i did having sent a few emails with almost a week between responses they told me it was my fault and that they couldnt help me. Absolutely worthless help. Dont order here because the customer support sucks.

I have made an email on Friday, never heard back. I also called a total of 23 times to their Service center contact number. Never got anyone to pick up. I don’t know what’s going on. But this is not right. You lost a customer that was willing to send thousands each year. But now I will deal with evike state side and airsoft24 in Germany. I wish you would run your airsoft store a lot better than you do now. At less airsoft24 calls me back if they’re Busy. And evike in the United States has customer Service on hand and they were also call you right back. They’re willing to listen and get the job done.

Very disrespectful with clients. My order from Europe warehouse was shipped after 3 weeks, after 5 emails sent and no reply.

Update:
There has been an update regarding the issue I previously had. I have to say that at the start of this journey, I did not expect Evike-Europe to respond to the problems I encountered (mainly because of the reputation Evike-Europe has). However, I am pleasantly surprised by how well they have handled my case so far.
I still have a few issues with one of my airsoft replicas, but I am now much more confident that they will handle this with care.
You have changed my opinion about Evike-Europe/ there customer service, and because of that, I have changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars. Thank you for the support so far. I look forward to the upcoming emails and to future purchases.

No good customer service
They sent me an email on Monday saying they hadn’t received any of my previous messages and that they would now forward the issue.
At the same time, I discovered new problems with both replicas. I emailed them again, explaining the new issues, and also sent a separate message requesting to return one of the replicas because it’s in such bad condition.
It’s Wednesday now, and I still haven’t received any response not even a simple “thank you, we’ve received your email.”
It’s sad that the only way to reach them is through an external site like this one. It really shouldn’t be this way.
The problem I have is that you only have 14 days to return an item, and after that, there’s no way for me to send the products back. I’m currently on day 11, and I want to make sure it’s still considered “on time.”
If someone from Evike Europe is reading this, please contact me by phone so we can discuss the matter. I’m open to changing my opinion depending on how this situation is handled.

Their lineup is excellent, however...
Shipping is very expensive and slow.
Also, Electric guns don't come with batteries, and the website dosen't warn about this.
