The item I ordered has still not …
The item I ordered has still not arrived, as of 1 June 2017, delivery tracking shows the last update as 29 may with my order still in France, when my items should have been delivered. This is the worst service I have encountered. I have raised a dispute through Paypal regarding my order.
Irrespective of the outcome for my order I will never again order anything from ACycles.
A truly bad experience.

OUTSTANDING prices, service, and delivery from Aycles.
I ordered a Kask Mojito cycle helmet from them over the UK Bank Holiday weekend. It was dispatched on the Monday from France and was delivered to my home in the UK on Wednesday. Based upon my experience I would use them again.

Location not clear and double processed order
There website does not make it clear that you will be receiving the items from France (admittedly I should have read the small print more carefully).
They also processed my order twice, 45 minutes after the actual transaction they processed another. Presumably a glitch on their computer systems as at that time I was driving along the motorway!
Was very confused when I received two identical packages on the same day. Disappointed they didn't flag this and now trying to get a refund but they are telling me it's my fault for ordering twice, when I certainly did not.
The high postage costs mean that any return would only refund me a fraction of what they took in the duplicate transaction. Would not risk using them in the future.

Keep away poor delivery time and customer service
Made a order and paid extra for quick delivery it took over a week for item to come then was wrong item.. customer service is really slow and sometimes don't even get back too you..

Appalling - total lack of any customer service and my order has still not arrived.
My order has not arrived some 10 days after buying it online. No-one has returned my 3 emails and no-one ever answers their supposed phone line.
Definitely avoid this company. I will be taking this up with PayPal who I paid through so hopefully I will be able to get a refund....

My goods arrived however there was no one home and the consignment was sent back to France. Since then I've not had email or phone response, despite numerous emails and calls. I can't find my gear. They have my money. Need to report it as theft I think.....
UPDATE: EVENTUALLY MADE CONTACT WITH THEM. NEW PACKAGE ON THE WAY APPARENTLY....
