Scam

Scam. I returned an item two weeks ago and tgey keep saying my refund has been processed but nothing has been refunded yet. They wont reply to my emails our answer my calls. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

SCAMS

SCAMS. AVOID!
Looks like I've been fooled. I placed my order more than 3 months ago and so far no delivery. I emailed customer support several times regarding this issue. All they say is that they will check with the forwarder. The last time I emailed them was one week ago. No answer since then, complete silence!

APPALLING. . . Still no delivery (4 weeks now), still no refund, no response to any of my emails or complaint tickets, they have actually closed my ‘open ticket’ TWICE!

I only ordered an item at 30 € to test…

I only ordered an item at 30 € to test the site ... luckily the item was provided, but be careful if you need to contact customer service: it is completely inactive! I needed to modify my order, but it was impossible to contact them, either by mail or on the phone.
This is unacceptable.
I recommend avoiding this site even if the prices are low, woe to the one who will place a big order and who will have a concern with ... he will have no means of appeal except to make complaint and to oppose the payment

False advertising, poor comms, slow to refund money

Seller advertised product in stock and deliverable within 3 - 5 days. The delivery time was a key requirement for me. Received invoice by email and was billed. After 5 days still no confirmation of dispatch. Contacted seller by email. Was advised by return email that product not in stock (though they continue to advertise it as such) and they are working to resolve. No commitment was given as to what date I would receive. I then heard nothing further about an expected delivery date, so I emailed the seller requesting they cancel the order, and refund me. I have since received an email message directly from the seller (not via paypal) advising my order is cancelled and they will process a refund. The seller has cancelled the order and did not refund my money. Chased to no avail. Escalated to paypal who initiated a refund.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs . Website misleading , not a UK company but based in France . Website shows everything in stock , not the case.
No response from customer service to emails sent , phone rings off the wall most of the time . Waiting in anticipation for my refund !!!!

Worst site ever.

Worst site ever. Start with a no way to change your order a time you pay it. Service client answer to you few day later, always too late to block/change your order, 'cause it was already shipped. No pick up it at destination point, wait it to back to the origin place, and now are the 3rd MONTH i'm waiting they give back to me the possibility to order something different or the money. Really sad with it. Worst cycling site ever.

Dire experience. NO customer service at all

Non existent customer service. Been chasing up an expensive order that I received both email of confirmation of payment/invoice of stated in stock items, followed up by confirmation of postage, (with no tracking reference) after having paid the top postage for 1/2 days delivery, as confirmed on my delivery email. STILL waiting, get absolutely NO response to any emails OR their online ‘contact us’ form. Ordered some things from CRC after, and they arrived over a week ago on free postage (shall stick with them in future).
No customer service, and nothing to show for my money. Thoroughly recommend NOT using them!
