Unpaid reward
From early June Mingle have owed me £16 for surveys. I have even sent them copies of a bank statement when they said they have paid me. Now they are not responding to any enquiry.

atrocious to deal with, after much searching to find a way to contact, preferably email, they do not / will not reply, the site is rife with scams.stay well clear
I would give zero stars but theres no option for that
Yet again another site waisting my time. Letting me completing surveys only to be told they have had enough responses. I am sure they will use the data anyway.
I would give zero stars if I had the Option.
I had spent over half an hour answering long questions
including those boring slide to one side or the other which silly option you prefer,,but I kept going as I knew if I didn't finish, I wouldn't get my points.
I finally successfully finished , then saw I didn't get my points statng,,, screened out!
I complained then I received an e mail from Mingle saying I was screened out therefore they wouldn't be awarding my points.
Well. lesson learned by me, but they will not be taking advantage of this 84 year old again.
Not enough time to be wasting with companies like these.
suppression de tous mes points sans me prévenir , pour cause d'inactivités, autant ne pas jamais répondre aux questionnaires et aucun avertissement
