Just incredibly efficient all round , from initial conversations through to installation . The guys who installed were really polite and very tidy . No long waiting for someone to pick up a call and very helpful at every turn .

The two electricians from Ace arrived within 90 minutes of our call. They checked everything thoroughly and recommended further action. They behaved professionally and courteously throughout.
Ace always respond quickly which is what you need in a crisis! That is why we use them.

A rapid response from the plumber. I would ask for Jack every time I needed help of that sort. After much thought he solved what had been an ongoing problem for several years.

Jack the plumber came on time. Did a good job of putting in new taps and fixed a leaking toilet. Polite and tidy.

Ace Energy installed out boiler in 2020 and have carried out the annual service from 2021. We have always been pleased with the friendly, efficient and professionalism of the engineers. These aspects were all to the fore when this year's service was carried out today by the Ace Energy engineer, Liam, and his colleague, who we think was an apprentice. Given all the above my wife and I recommend Ace Energy to anyone who wants first class service at a reasonable price.

Since I have found Ace Energy Bath, I haven't used any other company. They have taken the headache out of resolving electrical problems for me. They are wonderfully efficient and great communicators. My call was answered immediately and a date fixed. I received reminders and a text to say when my electrician would be arriving. He was perfectly on time. Hugo is friendly and polite and he works conscientiously and efficiently. He also explains the problems and solutions clearly. All very professional and no nonsense!!
