JLN are a local company and the look after their customers. My dad always calls them and that is a compliment in itself as he doesn’t like having to use help. Fair price, on time and clean and tidy job

Reminder email the day before the appointment. Text when the engineer was on his way. Engineer listened to what I had to say. Best of all, the engineer quickly found the cause of my boiler pressure problem. Quite a relief to have a diagnosis. I have now had a quote to make a repair, subject to arrival of necessary parts. I'm happy with the quote, I'm only too pleased to see the problem being sorted.

Initially, although we were offered to do the job, even came to make pricing assessment initially in the end we received the emailed "confirmation letter" surprisingly they were not interested because... 1) they don't operate in our area. which was NOT true, because they were spotted during the job on the near by road, and 2) the job is... to small. Why they had not inform us during the home visit, and what for they did estimation?

No hesitation recommending JLN. Easy booking and the engineer arrived on time and respected my property.
Took time to explain what I thought was a problem but turns out not to be. Boiler service carried out thoroughly and also very reasonably priced.

Very good quality work. Well organised from the point of coming to give quote and then ongoing communication. Plumber was very polite and neat when working. Very pleased with the result.
