Would rate no stars if possible. The company is a legitimate scam. They use AI customer service that doesn't answer any queries. This company should be shut down by any standards authority.

They literally are just thieves.
I had a prepaid virtyal mastercard, used it in Morrisons...Card got blocked.
Got onto customer support, they said the card has been blocked because the details were entered incorrectly.
Quick question...If the card details were entered incorrectly then how would you know this was the card that needed to be blocked?.... Absolute joke

It's horrible this platform!


This platform is horrible!
We enter our data, send our documents, they take a long time to respond and they always find a way to not approve it!
It's a disappointment, I've already advised against using the survey platform due to the number of dissatisfied people.

SCAM!!

Their virtual Mastercards don't work. Every time I try to make a purchase it keeps getting rejected due to a random error! Can't transfer the money and can't use the card. It's a scam.

Absolute disaster

Absolute disaster. Support is absolutely stupid and inadequate people. They demand documents that they have no right to demand, they answer requests and questions without even reading them. One answer contradicts another and the truth cannot be found. This is simply a waste of money, time and nerves.

Virtual Card just one big scam

I had a virtual card which I have tried to use through amazon.
For 2 days I have tried to use to card and it's rejected it die to CVV error.
Twice I have gone to live chat and told the same thing.. Cats blocked, wait 24 hours.. Utter crap, clearly just a scam to take your money from your cards!

Scam alert

Scam alert! In the beginning everything works fine and you can use and reload the card normally. But after some days, when you are going to do new transactions/reloads, the website throws some random error ("There are no redemption options available in your country.") and you can't use the money or get it back. I have tried to contact support several times, and no one is able to at least give a support ticket ID or something real to keep track of the issue. They simply don't solve it and they don't care. You just lose your money.

I have an account with a Virtual Reloadable Card, which I have already used many times, reloaded many times. The problem is with my last 2 reloads that simply did not happen, returning the error "There are no redemption options available in your country.". Until now, support recommended me logging out from the account, clearing cache, incognito mode, chrome browser, using the manual "Add Payment" option. I have tried all of these attempts, but with no success. The same error message appears every time.

I ask support constantly for updates and they can't tell me what is going on or when it is going to be fixed.

They keep postponing the "fix" but it seems the ticket does not even exist.

It has been 19 days from now and I STILL CAN'T USE MY MONEY or GET IT BACK.

UPDATE: today is June 24th. Problem started May 4th. I have contacted like everyone from this support channel. It is indeed a scam. Here are the responses:

Actually useless

Actually useless! Don't even bother using them.
Got a gift card from work, turn it into a master card. Tried to buy something online argos didn't work, tried amazon didn't work. They have blocked my card because apparently I didn't enter the CVV number, what the hell.

I don't ever write reviews but received this from as payment from an online survey, and it worked completely fine?? Had a few issues the first time but I just needed to basically authorise it, but otherwise it's been fine. Not sure why people are saying it's a scam as it clearly isn't?

Basically scam at this point

Got an incentive cashback reward given to me on a victual card by these guys. seems like I have the same issue as everyone here, not allowed to transfer funds and blocks any purchase you try to make. Customer service tried to suggest it was amazons fault for the block like they where some obscure website and said I would have to wait 24 hours to try again.

Blocked on 4 websites - Can't use

Same as the others. Cannot use this card on at least 3-4 websites. It keeps getting blocked. Called customer service who said to wait 20 minutes for the block to be released. 12 hours later, it's still blocked!!!

What kind of scam is this???

Not helpful at all

Received my paiement card but have to contact them because the card is locked. I have to send them a copy of my passport or driver's license and a utility bill for them to give me access to my card. If they think I'm going to send them this information they are crazy. I'm not sending this kind of information to a company that I don't know.
