It is a shame they can not be rated half of a star. No customer support response. Virtual mastercards which are issued as a bonus through my employer simply won't be accepted anywhere online. G... See more

Worst company ever
Stole money
They do not grant access to funds under the pretext of verifying documents that are compliant and have been submitted multiple times, which is a scam.
I wish i read the reviews before using.
I wish i read the reviews before using.
Much like everyone else, i loaded my card up and it's been impossible to spend my balance. Due to the fact MyPaymentVault insist on your personal details being capitalised, i haven't been able to use it at any of the usual retailers. Having a fully capitalised name/address is simply an alien concept in the western world. When i try to purchase something on Ebay, i can capitalise everything but when it comes to my state (county) it's a drop down menu, which is uncapitalised, as it should be. So the transaction failed.
I speak to live chat and they, no word of a lie, word for word, said:
"Try using another retailer and ensure you input your address correctly".
What? I should go out of my way to find a retailer that allows you to input all your details as capitalised, just to spend my money with a retailer on a product i don't want? How does that make sense?
I've sent a formal email request to uncapitalise my personal details (i tried to do it myself, but alas it gets forced back to being capitalised).
Using this company is easily the worst retail mistake i've ever made. Whatever you do please avoid. It is borderline a scam. They must be praying on people loading up cards and then not being able to spend the money. Absolute disgrace.
Not recommended at all
Not recommended at all. It doesn’t work with most online retailers and when you try to contact customer service, they blame you for entering the details incorrectly (which isn’t true). If you try reaching them by email, you get no response. The chat… they keep you waiting for ages and do nothing. When I finally managed to use it and the retailer had to issue me a refund, they blocked it and gave me no explanation as to why. A complete waste of time and it will be the last time I use it.
Absolutely waste of time
Absolutely waste of time. Doesn't work with any of the major merchants in UK. Strongly recommend not to go with this. There is no customer care in UK and the one that support via chat is useless.
rcvd a card for credit refund from AT&T…
rcvd a card for credit refund from AT&T for .64 cents. When I tried to cancel the card (did not want to be billed their minimum $4.50 for not using it), i could not ever reach anyone.. It does not give you an option to call them. So far no response from an email i sent on the Mypamentvault site. This card is managed by North Lane Technologies. Shame on them. I'll email the consumer Financial protection bureau.
Useless and Rude
The website is unhelpful, so I tried to email, but never got a response. So then I tried to call them, because for some reason my card was blocked. I have never dealt with such rudeness from customer service staff in my life, and on top of that it was a non UK number so I have been charged.
They were so unhelpful and unable to identify the problem.
Absolutely disgraceful service, do not use them.
An Unreliable, Unresponsive Business Entity
For the past 12+ months, when making a transaction at local stores, I haven't had problems using my RealPage payment card.
But, on August 6, 2025, I went to DT and needed to do a split transaction. The cashier did not tell me my food card declined, so when I used my RP card--thinking I was paying the leftover balance--the entire transaction (more than the RP available balance) attempted to go onto the debit card, causing it to decline. Now, I have a negative balance, thanks to DT.
Today, it is August 9th and texting BAL, as instructed on the card, has netted no response for two days so far.
The customer service phone number, (866) 243-3395, given on the card makes a weird Fax number-like screech each time I call.
The webpages (for the main website and the login page) do not load. Each search result shows a blank white page with a black header that shows the searched-for address or a variation of it (Sorry, had to delete the links):
login address is displayed as:
(had to delete)
(even though I typed the address exactly as given on the back of the card which is:
(had to delete)
Note: The browsers I use automatically add (had to delete) to each address I typed in.
The website address displayed as:
(had to delete)
but, again, I received the same blank white page.
There are too many business entities involved in the availability of his card. Who do we contact--Sunrise Banks N A ; Mastercard International; North Lane Technologies; or Onbe, Inc?, because mypaymentvault.com simply cannot be reached via the sources given on the card.
I appreciate having this debit card, but I am a senior and the pitiful amount that is loaded onto the card monthly is my only income source right now. If the card service is offline or doing site maintenance--whatever is going on--show the users some respect and consideration by sending us an informative text or place a message somewhere somehow to let us know the service will be unavailable.
Even better, businesses, organizations and individuals--whoever set up the service initially--needs to send RealPage or whoever is responsible for this declining service a message by closing their account, if feasible.
This card is a really good idea IF it functions as it should. Get it together. For now, I'm heading to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint about the unresponsive quality of this card's customer service. I suggest others to do the same. Let your voice be heard.
Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!
Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!! All Calls go overseas and the agent offered ZERO help...NOBODY HAS A CLUE!!!!!!!!!
Fails to verify
Loaded digital card to Amazon. Tried to verify 3 times. Took me back to mypaymentvault to approve, which I did. But card doesn't verify.
Pop-up appears to fssnet.co.in, with blank login details, which is almost certainly their back end bank server.
Online support claimed definitely not their fault, it must be amazon!
Online support claim 'can't see any attempts to verify the card.'
Worked the 4th time.
This business is 100% a scam
This business is 100% a scam. I was issued a card in May of 2024, and it says that it expired in December 2024. It says the card cannot be reissued, and phone support was very litigious in pointing out that "1) This card is NOT a gift card and does expire, 2) I agreed to the cardholder agreement (which I did not, unless they just said I did when I clicked the redeem button), and 3) the expiration date was made available to me when the card was issued." This is exactly what the CARD act was passed for--they're deliberately trying to flout the law and keep gift card proceeds to themselves. They should be ashamed of their very existence and/or fined into oblivion.
!S T A Y A W A Y
!S T A Y A W A Y! I had to contact support before every purchase I made so they deblock the card, then I had to wait 24 hours before purchase, it took me a whole week to buy a few things online. Support is friendly though.
$850 stolen, transactions in the same neighbourhood as this company's PO Box
The transactions on my stolen Mastercard were made at locations in Haines City and Davenport, all within 4 to 22 minutes of the company’s PO box - strongly suggesting internal misuse by someone with access to the mailed card. Their customer service is stuck in the Stone Age. I can only file official complaints via fax or physical mail from Europe to the U.S. They sent my $850 digital credit card and PIN in one envelope, which never arrived, but someone else used it in the U.S. Now I’m forced to wait up to 120 business days, not counting shipping time, just to maybe get a response.
Designed to keep your money
Designed to keep your money. You cannot signup on the website without first calling in (calling in typically leads to them blocking your card for some BS security reason), even if you do everything correctly the password wont work. This is intentional, 100% by design so that the company can sieze the funds for themselves.
This is spam
Warning - scam
Colleagues at work made a collection for me on the birth of my child. I had a choice to take the money as a gift card at a few different stores or as cash on a digital card. I chose a card with prepaiddigitalsolutions.com. They transferred the money to my payment vault (without notifying me) who then told me the funds had not been used and therefore expired (in a period of less than two years). They won’t provide me with any documentation about my account, the expiry date nor how and when they made me aware of this. This cannot be lawful.
The worst experience…
The worst experience with their customer service (regarding antimoney laundering policy). They waste your time like if they were paid extra for it. Never again. My funds are still frozen and they do not react to any emails.
Don't bother with these virtual cards
Don't bother with these virtual cards, they don;t work on any merchants and are basically as useless as the customer service you receive from the company.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They say they will escalate your issues and rush you off the phone. Never call back when they say they will. My fraud claim was denied when I had called multiple times and they walked me through an excrutiating process of submitting a claim.. when they could have asked a couple of questions and saved me the time. HORRIBLE.
Horrible scam
Horrible scam. Wasted my time with repeated same emails about verifying identity and non existent QR codes. Would rate 0 stars if possible. Customer service emails were the exact same each time.
