Contacted this service on the day of my accident, staff were very thorough explained everything to me, like who would be dealing with my accident, which company would collect my car and who would provide me with my courtesy car. The staff member also reminded me I would have a secure PIN number that all relevant companies would state that were involved in my case over the phone as he reminded about scammers, very helpful man

I called the Saga accident helpline
I called the Saga accident helpline, someone drove into my vehicle at the back while I was parked safely. From there on I was in the hands of Spectra for a hire vehicle. They were quick and brilliant. They have arranged the removal of my vehicle from the accident site, the independent assessor to inspect the damage, and the there after. I’m so grateful to them.

They take all the worry away.
They contacted me after the accident. As it wasn't my fault they passed me on to a company that is dealing with the replacement hire car and repairs. No loss of no claims or costing me my excess. Great experience.

After my accident I phoned churchill.com they took the details and passed me onto connexus. Within 2 days my car was taken away for repair and a hire car was delivered to me.

Very impressed at support provided.
A car drove into the back of me at the weekend, which was quite a shock to say the least. I was at the roadside for a good 2 hours, with the Police, getting it all sorted. During this time, the other driver said he could not contact his insurers with it being a Sunday. I phoned my insurers in the evening, and was able to speak to somebody straight away. The several people I spoke to were brilliant, as I was still in shock, and they explained everything well to me. I had a courtesy car assigned to me 24 hours after the initial contact to my insurers. I have felt supported during the whole process, and I am very impressed. I also had a telephone call a couple of days after, to check how myself and my family are. From Robert Layton.P.S. I just want to add that I contacted Accident Claim Helpline through initial contact with my insurers.
