Good day Sir,
I want to reach out to you. Without a long story. My mother and father got a unit 3 years ago. Been paid. My father is now gone and my mother has been waiting for a settlement. The staff had told her she could get a "deal over" christmas. ]
THis was $100 and the 2100 cut. Seemed it was not true. She was not able to meet the date of the 25th as there was a storm. They said then that the 18th would be the latest. I paid to arrange a truck and movers as I am in another country. When she went to the unit. They said they wanted $4500. This made no sense. After emailing today. They said the bill was $2100. I am wondering if money is being taken wrongly.
I am also very stressed as 90% of the items are Personal. Photos ext.
Something fishy is going on at this office on anne st. The unit is under Witherell.
Is there anything we can do to repair this? Even if she has a day to collect.

I called too inquire about renting a storage unit, I have never had such good customer service. I spoke with a Lekezia, she was so will informed and extremely helpful and answered every question I had, simply outstanding. I would recommend you ask for Lekezia when booking your unit. I even got my first cycle FREE.

Jack at 3600 Uplands Drive was amazing. He explained their policies in detail and answered every question I had. Always answered my calls right away and was willing to prorate us for just the weeks we used. He made our storage while we waited to move so simple and easy. If I need storage again, will definitely use this location

My experience has been fairly great. But im having mixed feelings now. The employees are wonderful and very helpful. But I have one issue I've been with Saskatoon East Acess Storage for over a year now started August in 2021 and my total rental price was $224.95 that's including taxes and protection plan at the start. Then it went up to $250.15 April 16, 2022 Now it's $274.30 as of December 30, 2022 (Again including taxes and protection plan) It's getting difficult for me to pay with the continuous increase and I live outta province finding time to go to sask and empty my unit is very difficult especially since I don't have my license. I know the rental agreement has the clause that you can keep changing it. It's just annoying especially when I see pricing for what I originally paid posted on your sites.

I booked my unit on line and they called right away to confirm, paid for 3 months and then when I went in and seen the unit realized it was smaller than I imagined, seeing I needed a bigger unit, they accommodated me with a bigger unit and still gave me a deal, very thankful

I have been a customer of the Stratford Scott street location for about a year. Building a new home required that we placed many of our personal belongings in storage. Angela made what could have been a very stressful experience an enjoyable one. Her patience, good humor and professional approach at all times put our minds at ease and instilled confidence that our possessions were in good hands.
The facilities are well maintained and spotless at all times.
I would readily recommend Access Storage and in particular, Angela to anyone requiring storage facilities.

I just wanted to pit out a big Thank you to Kimberly who solved an issue for me today. A small communication issue came up from the staff that signed me up and my start up access today. She solved the minor issue in a very professional and customer retaining way.

Today; I called the call centre in response to having received overdue notices re: routine payment re: which I have auto pay through my credit card.
I spoke with staff person, Yishoda!
She provided outstanding service ! She reassured me from the outset, researched my payment history and confirmed that my auto payments through credit card are made routinely.
She indicated that their processing this month’s payment may have been delayed due to the holidays.
She stated she would as the store to call me tomorrow to reconfirm.
Yishoda was friendly, informative and patient. She clearly places a high premium on providing impeccable customer service and has a natural skill for putting g customer satisfaction as the highest priority.
Please share this review with Yishoda as she deserves to hear how her exemplary service put this customer’s concerns to rest. Thank you.
I also receive outstanding service from Natasha, Alicia and the other staff at the Duncan Mill storage site! Please share this feedback with them, also.

Towkir, the Assistant Manger at Yonge Steeles office is awesome. He is quick at responding to my questions and is very helpful!

To say that I was more than pleased with my experience with the staff and facilities at Access Storage in Uxbridge,would be an understatement. Pearce,the staff member who assisted me,could not have been more pleasant and accommodating even if he were the CEO of Access.A very nice change in this world of impersonal non-service.Facility is top notch,extremely well maintained and accessible 24/7.

We have been with Access Storage Bolton for the last
2 1/2 years and have had no issues. How ever last week one of our ex employees gained access to our lockers and removed some of our contents. A well maintained facility, very clean, well lit with movement sensors. The massive 2 story drive in bays are really convenient and have glass garage doors, with several entrance and exits all requiring your passcode, provide extra security. N

I've been a customer for 3 years at the Duncan Mills Rd location and Natasha has been very helpful when I need assistance. I've downsized my unit as needed and I have no concerns about continuing to use this facility.

I recently had to store my belongings at Bolton Access Storage. Sonja was extremely helpful and a very pleasant person. The building is very clean and feels safe. I recommend Access Storage to my friends and family. Excellent experience!

We have recently rented at 4590 Dufferin street (Dufferin and Finch), The manager Kumaran at the location was very helpful and provided us with very good service. He found us an affordable unit and we were happy with the service provided.

Access Self Storage - avoid like the plague.This is the worst experience I have ever had . A crap company. Stay away from this business

The staff at this location goes above and beyond to ensure that you have everything you need to safely pack up and move your belongings. Their suggestions were super helpful and their level of professionalism is top-notch. They were so kind and helpful, even assisting me to carry the boxes to my car.
