Customer experience

The customer service, especially Yvan whom I communicated with, was quick, efficient, and kind. They made everything possible to ship a replacement gas lift all the way to Mauritius. It arrived safely, and was easy to install. It was worth the effort to get it working again, as I love this chair.

WORST chain ever, NOT ergonomic at all

Absolutely one of the most disappointing products and customer experiences I’ve ever had.

The HÅG Capisco is marketed as an ergonomic, premium office chair. In reality, after about two weeks of normal daily use, it caused severe back pain.

No matter how I adjusted it or changed positions, the discomfort only got worse. This is not an “adaptation period” — this is a chair that simply does not function as expected in real-world desk work.

The whole “ergonomic concept” seems detached from reality. You’re effectively expected to sit in unnatural positions and not use the backrest in a normal way — which completely defeats the purpose of having a backrest at all. Ironically, their own marketing materials show people using it like a normal chair.

Customer support was even more frustrating. Instead of addressing the issue, I received repetitive, scripted responses that felt no different than interacting with an automated system. There was no real attempt to take responsibility or provide a meaningful solution — just deflection.

For a chair at this price point, this is completely unacceptable.

Worse comfort than a basic low-cost chair, combined with a very poor support experience.

Chair is amazing, customer service is top notch

Chair is amazing: full spectrum of color choices, ergo is supremum, installation is easy, adjustment is flexible and fits different body needs. Love this chair.

Customer service is top notch: i ordered the chair and headrest separately. And each shipping had gone through unexpected challenges due to carrier’s fault. Customer service was on top of it and provided great services and transparency in solving those problems. Definitely trust my future order with this vendor.

Very satisfied with my HÅG chair purchase!

I ordered my HÅG chair directly from the manufacturer’s website, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. The ordering process was straightforward, and the delivery was fast and hassle-free.

The chair itself exceeded my expectations. It’s extremely comfortable, with excellent build quality and high-end materials. HÅG truly stands out with its ergonomic design – after just a few days of use, I could already feel an improvement in my posture and less tension in my back. The adjustable features allow me to tailor the chair exactly to my needs.

I would highly recommend it to anyone who spends a lot of time sitting and is looking for a long-term solution for comfort and health. Definitely a worthwhile investment.

The worst scam company ever!

The worst scam company ever!

I wanted to order several chairs for my office, but I decided to order one for myself first to try it out. It’s a good thing I did because I won’t be buying from them again.
I ordered a beige chair but received a grey one. They claim that the chair I received is the correct one, even though their website clearly states it is beige. From the beginning, I told them that if they couldn’t find a solution, they should send me a return label. They promised to resolve the issue and I waited from 28 December until 12 January and nothing was resolved. When I received the material sample, it still looked darker and warmer than the chair itself. Also I didn’t buy chair from the store with sample, but from their official site, and it doesn’t say anywhere under description that colors may be not what is stated.

Despite this, they refused to send me a new chair with a different color or offer good discount, insisting that I got the chair at a Black Friday price of €877 when it supposedly costs over €1,800 which is not true. Why lie? Their website states this chair costs €975 without discounts - only €98 more! And if I were to buy the same model for the company from DPJ Workspace, it would be even cheaper.

Instead, they wanted me to “contribute” €140 toward a new cover set. Eventually, they called and told me that it was my fault for “expecting” a specific color without ordering material samples from another country first. I’ve ordered furniture from various countries to Sweden before and never had an issue with color accuracy. If you advertise something as “beige,” it should be beige - not grey.
In the end, they offered me €50 as a “gesture of goodwill.” What a joke! This is for a chair they claim is worth €1,800? I didn’t even receive what I purchased! Thankfully, I only ordered one chair instead of 5.
