I attended the ACAS live webinar for managing fair disciplinary procedures. The session was well paced, full of examples and easy to follow. The information was clear and informative. The leads were knowledgeable and we had live chat with our questions being answered at the same time, which was a great addition.

Great and knowledgeable facilitators, the Q&A session from all participants was also very useful.

I found this course, at 45 minutes approximately, enough to provide the basic structure and point out what to do and what not to do. Very instructive and encourages you to do more research into a difficult area.

Content and delivery was great. Links, templates and the slides were provided. Answered all the questions which were useful to better understand the topic.

training structure, content valuable, case studies presented, handout, velocity set of intonation was good so also understandable for non Scottish people
