Great laminator
This laminator is brilliant..... I’d bought one previously which just wasn’t working very well so went for the Cathedral A3 and very glad I did. It’s perfect fir my needs, heats up quickly and is not as slow as my other one.

No customer service.
Extremely poor service, phone number doesn't actually work, paper cutter came broken and I sent them an email and they never came back to me yet have the cheek to send me an email to ask me to review my item.
Their Facebook hasn't been active since 2018, overall a very inactive company with poor online services.
