Love the concept of having a central…
Love the concept of having a central database of Locum agencies.. however, all the paperwork you have to do for messly (vaccination history, CV, references etc) that the agencies have access to, you then have to do all over again once you join the agency also so you end up doing paperwork about 4 times over. I don’t understand the point of this

My Messly experience l
Messly works with a select list of more experienced recruiting groups who responded very quickly to my locum requests. Messly has a helpful database for my documents to avoid me having to send multiple duplicates of my documents to different agencies. The locum agency Medsol were professional and efficient with their job selections for me and in processing paperwork.

The advertised jobs always not available, and the agencies use the trick to get doctors to regiseter with them, then they dont contact the doctor even if tehy show interest in future jobs

To help address this, we conduct random spot checks and have filtering systems in place to regulate job postings. However, with around 14,000 jobs on our platform and the fast-moving nature of locum work, it can be challenging to track availability in real-time.
To improve transparency, we’ve introduced a "Posted X days ago" feature, which indicates when a job was last updated by a recruiter. Additionally, we've published an article on our website that provides a detailed breakdown of job postings on Messly.
