Fine, but takes a lot of space and doesn’t allow for plug ins to the machine
The product was delivered quickly and is good value for money. However due to the configuration of the adjustable support mechanism the tray does occupy a lot of space (its probably 100mm wider overall than the tray width). Also if your laptop is of such a size that it will fit snugly on the tray, there is no space or consideration for peripherals to be plugged in (the laptop needs to be at least 100mm smaller than the tray to allow for power and USB plugs if accessing both sides of the machine

Rated 4 stars because the website has a customer contact number that is not in service, otherwise this review would have got 5 stars. Very good service - got the correct number from my email and customer service was very helpful in tracking my parcel and informing me parcel status. My parcel arrived a few days after it was ordered in good condition.

Absolutely disgusted with this company never received my order and when i contacted they replied weeks later saying it was a problem with my address so i confirmed my address on numerous occasions and still havent received my order no contact at all from them and the contact number on the website is no longer in service i am now having to take this further

Unfortunately this negative experience has happened because you did not provide us complete address. Our staff will not process orders to wrong address. Customers must ensure full address is provided at the checkout to avoid delays and response to seller messages quicker.

The cash box arrived without keys on…
The cash box arrived without keys on 31st July. I have sent a couple of emails and a message via ABN Finest website to the sales team asking for the keys but I have not received any reply or the keys for the box. I have tried to telephone sales as well but the phone number seems to be out of service. I am not sure why I have not received any reply to my emails or message via ABN website but hope the problem can now be resolved... Still no reply or comment from the company. Very poor customer service.
