Using his knowledge he helped us apply for the best rate available at the time but his advice has now meant we are hoping to get an even better rate as things have settled down.

Without Steve's support and advice we may have been spooked into making a rash decision and been much worse off for it!

Paul Clarke was recommended to us by good friends just three and a half months before exchanging on our first home. We’re all very aware of what difficult times these are to buy, but Paul has made it straightforward and and clear all the way through.
